The staff went above and beyond! The rooms were nicely appointed but are in need of upgrades. Also, the towels provided could be better quality. They were thin and hard.

Gueat laundry system needs some tweaking

We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins?? Other than that (and the expensive parking fee), this hotel is wonderful for families and has an excellent hot breakfast daily.

Great weekend getaway from NYC! Love that you can take MetroNorth and walk to this hotel which has large efficiency rooms! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean. Free breakfast had a lot of choices (not just bagged muffins, LOL). The rooftop bar is really fun and has a great view. SoNo has a lot of restaurants, great breweries, and a nice beach nearby!
