The room was fine - the door didn't properly lock though. We had one incident though - our rental car was vandalized in the parking lot. Very upsetting as we incurred additional expense on our vacation. The evening staff during our stay, 10/27-10/31 was excellent.

I reserved two queens, but they gave us a king and a foldout as all that was available. The foldout hit the radiator when opened on the way down so wouldn’t fold out all the way. When I told them in the am, they still hadnt addressed it by 3:30 pm, so I moved furniture around myself to allow bed to foldout completely. Ugh.

The first room we were given was a nonsmoking but smelled horrible of cigarettes. The front desk gave us a new room right away. At breakfast the area was barely clean. Splattered ketchup everywhere like it recently exploded. Attendant never gave us cutlery so we found our own plasticware
