This is a great property. Staff was super friendly and dressed extremely well. Beach was raked clean every day. Lounges, umbrellas, clean towels and beach games. Very nice dive center and excursion center. We booked a zip line tour and snorkeling trip to Pitons, with a mud bath. Food was excellent in all the restaurants. We decided to rent a car and drive there from the airport which was a mistake. Google maps doesn’t have a clue how to get you there on main Hwy. It was a major concern on return trip. The roads are filled with potholes and we got a flat. The head of facilities Richard Mark took it upon himself to draw us a step by step map and turns to get back the correct way. Nothing what Google showed and his was perfect. Thank you Richard. I would go back and highly recommend this resort.
The stay and service was excellent. The property definitely needs upgrade for the price we paid. Our bed was very uncomfortable where my husband was having back pain. we had complained a few times and they provided mattress pads, etc. but the bed itself was not good. The main pool floor needs to be updated. Overall service was good and food was great but they didn't keep all restaurants open given that there were only 2 during lunch.
limited/ controlled dinning , good staff personal very poor entertainments or activities for a place so isolated and there are staff than tourist
This is a great resort! Great water views in its own cove. Front desk staff friendly & helpful esp Karen. Concierge-John super friendly, takes care of your luggage & gets shuttle drives for you. Always smiling! Shuttles-we had many shuttle drivers but Terry was the best! Let the driver open door for you because sometimes they park on hill & doors slides(slams)back & can be damaged so drivers prefer to open. Room-had a studio/hotel type of room. Nice but small. Plus, bathroom has window & peep holes to feel like outside, so it is hot & humid, not cool w/ air conditioning like rest of the room. Had small porch area w/ chaise lounges. Nice view of water. No microwave. Has mini fridge not stocked w/ water. Convenient to 2 pools & Papa Dons Restaurant. Can walk down hill to get to beach, restaurants, etc but need shuttle to get back. Pools-had 6 pools in various parts of the resort, all nice. Restaurants: Upper Deck very nice, great sunset view. Beef tenderloin w/ garlic mash potatoes best meal. Staff all very nice esp Edwin & Rohan. Dragonfly for breakfast but not dinner. Breakfast buffet style w/ 2 egg stations 1 crepe station. All the usual breakfast items available (bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, French toast, fruit, cereals, etc). Papa Dons staff great esp Karma. Food great w/ huge portions. Caesar salad good & fresh. Jammers/Lower Deck ate lunch most days. Sandwiches, burger, etc. View of beach & water. Bar staff all nice.
We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with our 3 teenaged children at this resort this week. The staff was excellent and the service was on point. We were able to strike a great balance of complete relaxation while also doing some great sightseeing of the island, facilitated by the resort. If you are looking for a low-key laid back, resort style vacation, with the option to be active when you want to be, this is an excellent choice.
This property has amazing views. Definitely by the all inclusive package. If you eat there it will cost alot without it. Try and use the shuttle system at non peak hours or you might be waiting a bit and dont try and dont try and drink on the weekends the only bar is packed
We stayed at this resort for 3 nights and everything was beautiful. The staff are super friendly. The layout of the resort is interesting, you will need a shuttle to get you from your room to the lobby. There is breathtaking views from the rooms. The food is good. Check in and checkout is quick and hassle free. The beach area is beautiful and well maintained. There is nightly entertainment at the restaurant on the beach. The resort is pretty safe, there is a check point to enter the property and only the guests are seen exploring the grounds. Guests are assigned to a concierge who will be there to assist them throughout their stay. The property is an hour and a half from the airport. We highly recommend this resort.

The views were beautiful but we did not like that our villa was toward the top and had to take a shuttle every time we went to eat or hang out on the beach or pool area.

The variety of complimentary activities was amazing!! We loved the fitness center/classes and the water sports! The people running these programs are EXCELLENT!! The workers at Jammers/Dragonfly-WONDERFUL!! However, the front desk was often lacking in speed and care. Could improve there a bit. Overall, we LOVED our time at the Windjammer!
It was a beautiful resort, however because we are still dealing with COVID not everything was open. We were tested multiple times & not allowed to leave the resort. We chose this resort because of the many pools and restaurants advertised, but only 2 restaurants each day were open. It was very expensive with extra charges on top of our all inclusive rate. We’ve been to many all inclusive places & we always have drinks in our room & free 24hr room service. Here you had to pay an extra charge for room service and they didn’t even provide bottled water for the room. The staff were somewhat friendly but not super attentive. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this resort to friends & family.
