I stayed here this past week. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind. While the rooms and overall resort could use a facelift, it’s still a nice place to escape from the daily work routine. The major issues we experienced were with dining. The breakfast buffet was very frustrating. We went around 9:30 a.m., and every unoccupied table was covered with dirty dishes. There was only one small area where staff were piling dirty dishes, and it was located very close to where clean dishes were being placed for guests, which did not seem sanitary. At one point, I stood by a table that was finally being cleaned, and the staff member told me it was for another guest and walked away without offering to clean a different table or assist me. It felt unorganized and poorly managed. Dinner was also disappointing. If you don’t arrive before 6:00 p.m., you’re often turned away and told there are no available tables, with wait times of up to an hour. Even then, there is no waiting list or guarantee you’ll get in. We were forced to eat at the dinner buffet multiple nights, and the food quality was not great. If the resort could improve its dining organization and table cleanup process, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. The location and beach are wonderful, but the dining experience needs significant improvement.

We weren't sure what to expect from our first all-inclusive experience, but it really was excellent at Breezes. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks were all included (and good quality!) and the pools, beaches, and common areas were all very clean. Every staff member we spoke to was courteous and helpful, and we had a great stay. The bed was also very comfortable! We didn't even have time to use all the amenities they offered, but we'd be happy to go back.

Room was okay. Buffet food was much better than our experience at an all inclusive in Cancun. I appreciate they support the local winery but they need other options. Great food at the pool grill. Best beach experience. Better than what the high end resort up the beach. Everyone friendly.

The staff was amazing. They were always, i mean always, pleasa t and fun. The room waa cleaned daily and the food was amazing. We always have a great time when we stay at the Breezes. Special shout out to Keshia. She kept our room spotless. Jerilee from the pool bar kepy us entertained. was so much fun. And Acheem from the front. He always make sure we were taken care of. Cant wait to return in May.

Pros: - Beach - Beach Grill - Food (waffles, fresh Guac, bacon) - Staff are very friendly and helpful when asked questions, some don’t try very hard without being prompted - Can explore Baha Mar grounds and Casino - Coffee - Clean and the grounds are well kept. - A/C works very well. Cons: - Wifi is terrible. Can’t do anything but maybe send an imessage. Nice new tvs in the room - no use since you can’t load anything. - Entertainment is lackluster (nightly live band plays same music everyday, Beach crew plays the same games everyday or only 1 or 2 of the 10 scheduled games) - Old building, room doors are hard to shut, patio is 10 inches wide, rooms have joiner doors and are not very sound proof. (can hear your neighbor use the bathroom/have a shower) - Age 14+ must not be a hard set rule, kids were running around - Tile floors can be extremely slippery depending on what shoes you have. Other things to be noted: - Drink menu lackluster (have to be creative on your own) - Mattresses feel old/worn

The hotel was very clean and great friendly staff. The beach and ocean was beyond beautiful. The hotel sits right next to the Baha Mar. We went every night for the nightlife and casino. 5 min walk by a beautifully light pathway. We stayed at the hotel during new years eve, festivities were great and the buffet on the 31st was out of this world. Hats off to the chef!! The only negative I could say is that the decor is a little outdated but really, who cares. We spent all of our time outside. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The room was fine except for the sliding door it was stuck they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Dinner choices were not available each night only certain ones on certain nights. Buffets were good. The property is nice beach was great the staff were amazing people.

All staff , no exceptions, were kind and friendly! Rooms were clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Very active and enthusiastic entertainment staff. We had a great time. Last few days a crew of tweens arrived for their baseball tournament. Our last night was quite raucous as they took over pool and ping pong tables in the lobby. We appreciate your want to welcome everyone. I would not say it is an adult only resort as stated on Expedia.

The food is OK but quite mundane, but the desserts were very nice. The only seafood was no-name fish that was not good. Half the staff were friendly and the other half didn’t want to be there. The beach is very good. Our room was good and the air conditioning worked well.
