We weren't sure what to expect from our first all-inclusive experience, but it really was excellent at Breezes. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks were all included (and good quality!) and the pools, beaches, and common areas were all very clean. Every staff member we spoke to was courteous and helpful, and we had a great stay. The bed was also very comfortable! We didn't even have time to use all the amenities they offered, but we'd be happy to go back.

My wife and I stayed at Breezes for three nights over Christmas. We chose the resort based on many positive reviews and its reputation as a good value, but overall our experience fell short of our expectations. Breezes is clearly an older property, and this was evident in our room. Electrical outlets were extremely limited, with only one available outlet behind a desk, making it difficult to charge phones and other devices. The bathroom lighting was also quite poor, particularly in the shower area, which felt very dark, and the floor showed signs of mildew. On our final night, the bathroom ceiling began leaking water over the toilet and floor, which we were told was due to condensation from the air duct. All they did was run a wet mop across the floor. The room itself was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. The tile floors only added to this, and although the air conditioning was set very low when we arrived, the thermostat offered no option for heat and never reached a comfortable temperature for us. In fact, the entire resort was unbearably freezing the whole time. The food was also a disappointment. Several reviews had praised the dining, but we found the offerings to be fairly generic and uninspired - like mediocre cruise ship food. On our first night, the dining theme was Mexican, which felt oddly out of place for a resort in the Bahamas. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. But we will not be back.

The Wanderer went by himself to catch the last day of the Hero World Challenge, so there is no recap video on the family site, but Breezes All-Inclusive is a really great value. The walk to the free tournament shuttle at Baha Mar East Tower is only 5 minutes (takes 30 minutes to drive to Albany). One could stay at Baha Mar and pay a lot more for the boujee atmosphere, but it does not include chow/drinks -- no thank you! The staff, chow, drinks, and room at Breezes are just fine. The Wanderer Family USA will visit after The Wanderer Junior turns 14 (minimum age). And I love that the Bahamas has TSA Pre-Check and Global Entry in Nassau. Easy day! You know what to do ... Just Book It!

The room was clean and kept that way throughout our stay. The beach is beautiful. Staff very friendly. The entertainment staff are the best! Always smiling and ready to have fun! Bartenders go above and beyond! We always enjoy Funky D and The Summer Breeze! We love the piano bar and players. The food is fine! You NEED to return the spicy meatball appetizer to the Munsun menu!! Love the outdoor spa pool. We were so happy to see the Christmas trees, wreaths and poinsettia plants!! # 1 best is BUMPER to BUMPER!!

I am writing to inform you of a concerning incident that occurred during my recent stay at your property from Friday, November 7th to Sunday, November 9th. I was in Room 271 and slept in the bed closest to the bathroom. Shortly after my stay, I developed multiple bites on my lower extremities, which have since been diagnosed as bed bug bites. I wanted to bring this to your attention promptly so that your team can inspect and take the necessary precautions to prevent future guests from experiencing a similar issue but received no responses to emails. I have stayed at Breezes on several occasions over the years and have always appreciated the warm and personable staff. While I initially suspected the bites were from sandflies, it’s now clear that the issue may be related to bed bugs, and I trust your team will handle this matter swiftly. Itchy Sad Breezes Customer.

(The Good) Excellent staff very friendly and helpful chef .,with gluten free options for my wife, room was always cleaned and was decent but no fridge with water or drinks, beach is beautiful and cleaned everyday, the food was decent but not a big variety. (The Bad) the buffet lighting needs to be updated makes the food look unappealing, the liquor is probably the worst at a all inclusive I have had, also play the music way too loud at the pool, at night same band plays every night and no other entertainment, not a very organized variety of activities, no water sports at all, some snorkeling at Baha Mar by the rocks and pier
