The rooftop pool bar, sumptuous and nice ambiance restaurant, landscape and it’s very clean surroundings.

In a beautiful location but everything else was a disappointment. Disorganized chaos during check-in, room service did not clean our room until we asked multiple times, tv/AC/toilet in room stopped working, no nightlife besides the casino, not many food options available, restaurants and bars closed was very strange, broken lounge chairs laying around, shuttle to go into town was very slow to pick up and on island time, I felt trapped there and couldn’t wait to go home.

Very nice from the staff to the ppl who I met. The location of the hotel is real nice. It’s a beautiful piece of art.

everything was wonderful with the exception of people that come sometimes for the day on the boats or ferry at the Resort pool playing loud music, dancing in a vulgar manner at the pool and jumping off from the fountain. I was surprised none of the staff in the hotel or security intervened. But despite that our experience was great

Considering that this was a Hilton hotel we were expecting great service, but were completely let down. We checked in at 7 pm and our room was still not ready. We had paid for an ocean view and they ended up giving is a random room with no view. Towels? Good luck. Every room was only allowed one towel at the pool and that is only with a towel card that you my forget and have to air dry. Service overall was not great, and get ready for pricey food, drinks, etc. One positive is that the hotel itself is beautiful.

I have lost all my confidence in the Hilton Brand after this trip. While the hotel is nice & built beautifully on great land: the service is terrible, the cleanliness is disgusting & the price gouging is borderline criminal. I have no problem paying high end prices IF I get high end service. But our room wasn't ready for 4 hours after our check in time. Then there were no sheets or towels. We didn't complain, its vacation & we understood things happen. We just called downstairs to tell them & no answer. So we went down there to ask them for sheets & towels since we traveled all day & had to go off resort to kill 4 hours. The attitude was amazing. The room was cleaned a total of 4 times in the 8 days we stayed there. The pools (only 2 of which had bar/food service even though they claim 5) were filthy. Garbage, beer cans, napkins and crud. So the beautiful views were all you got out of it. During the week NOTHING is open. Unless you want to pay $32.50 per person for breakfast you have to go off resort. The servers & bartenders are great but front desk/admin absolutely terrible +/- a few people. The only time they staff the place is weekends when Luna beach is open for dinner & then it's the Jersey Shore at the pools. Moral of the story: If you have a boat, it's a great place to dock and spend a couple nights but bring your own stuff. If you want a relaxing vacation w/ good service this is NOT the place to go in our experience.

Great new hotel. Our family of seven had a great time. We will be back. No inconveniences at all. At the restaurant be sure to ask for Leandro, tell him I said "Hi."

Is new the business center is not working the hot tub was not working no warm water in the pool but the rest is very good the staff friendly

The property is huge & the Hilton Hotel portion is immaculately maintained. It is surrounded by a nice lagoon & vast secluded beaches. I stayed in low season, so it seemed TOO quiet for me, but I understand it is packed during high season & vacation periods. When I was there, not all restaurants & facilities were open at all times. They alternated due to the low demand. The room had a lovely terrace, was large, well decorated & had every comfort.

Beautiful location with warm and friendly staff. We will definitely be going back.

No experience in this trave, I’m very sad an Orbitz charge twice the credit card for $268,00. How can I get my money back?

Our stay here has completely changed our opinion about the Bahamas. The staff was wonderful! Outstanding service. All the facilities were super clean and well maintained
