I think the neat place to stay in that island, but i cannot give it a 5 star bevause the customer service is too bad, they dont make you feel like they need your business, or even want it, and the attitude is that you need them.

The hotel overall was clean and the room was nice. The hospitality was terrible and the food was not much better. I would imagine by adding an 18% gratuity to every single purchase doesn’t give any of the workers the incentive to go above and beyond or even greet you when you walk up to them. I felt like I was inconveniencing every single worker in the hotel.

Room was not available until 8pm when the check in is posted for 4pm. Was not aware at time of booking that the beach club was not going to be available during my stay. This place is a cash cow and the owners clearly only care about money. Couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Do better Hilton.
