Very nice property. I didn't really care for the open smoking throughout resort especially indoors. It was more prominent in The Coral resort and of course the casino, but the property was nice. I do wish the food was more authentic and local to the Bahamas, but it seems the majority of the restaurant choices were very americanized. A lot of options for activities around the property and beautiful beaches.

Hotel was in need of major repairs Room not clean Workers not friendly

Nothing is included with a stay...no breakfast or fruit or water. Meals run a minimum of $100. Even breakfast was 60 for 2 people. The hotel revolves around a water park and several days some features were shut down. They aren’t helpful when trying to do anything off site, no discounts for area attractions or information about times. They discouraged anything but their own property, for no other reason than money, it appears. We were checked for wristbands even leaving the hotel.

What was unique was walking throughout the hotel and being able to see the different sea creatures. The kids really enjoy that and also having access to all the pools and waterpark.

Employees at this place are absolutely rude, they have the worse attitudes. There is a gratuity of 15 percent added to everything you buy. There is no 24 hour room service. Restaurants close fairly early even on the weekend. if you are hungry pass 11pm Good luck finding something to eat. Literally nothing was open. The beach was absolutely beautiful the only bad thing is that there is a bunch of people walking around bothering you trying to get you to purchase their goods. I don’t understand how this is allowed. If you are on a budget this isn’t the place for you. The casino is outdated but is nice to do at night. They have a bar located inside the casino which had a dj every night. Had to have multiple room keys exchanged as they would stop working fairly quickly. My biggest complaint would be the mistreatment by the resort staff. Do not expect for any of them to be nice to you. Expect attitude. Another thing is they had people in the resort in between the corral and beach towers being the odd number rooms of the corral tower where they were power washing till 4 am every night. When this was discussed during check out staff member wasn’t surprised when we told her as it seemed that this is a constant complaint but they do nothing about it.

Train Stratford and takeout dirty carpet. I was over charged

Too expensive. Everything is extra - except maybe air, but bill not finalized yet so that's still to be proved. Smoking smells everywhere we tried to go but could never actually locate the smokers to make them stop. Spent most of the week wandering around trying to find way to something to eat/do

The property was very clean and luxury! We love that!

Lovely property Everyone greeted you with smiles and was willing to help. Unique experience.

We were here for our baby moon. Everything was as we expected. We have read reviews are they are fairly accurate. We had bad experience on first day. Water coming out everywhere was black. I complained about it and they said water was out for sometime. I let the water run for few minutes and everything came back to normal. Restaurants can be expensive if you are eating all the meals here so rather get some groceries on your way from airport and skip one meal. Food at restaurants was AMAZING.

Very large resort. Nice to have lots of marine life to view onsite. Nice pools and slides. However, lots of walking between buildings/attractions. Resort could do better with outdoor signage to help you get around. Resort is expensive enough but then no meals are included and onsite food is very expensive. Best food was at Marina Village. McKenzies Conch salad was the best. Overall, a nice trip. But, probably not a return visit.

The staff was friendly, our room was amazing, and it was one of the best vacations we've taken!

Too expensive of a room not to even get a free water or breakfast

The staff was amazing. They catered to every request we had. One hiccup with an employee at Chop sticks his service was far less than pleasing. He seem drunk when he was taking our order. We had to call the manager over because of our service. We we not the only table he delivered poor service to. The table next to us almost had altercation with him as well and the manager had to be called over as well. As side from that the kids had loads of fun and the atmosphere was relaxing for us adults.

House Keeping is very nice and friendly. Staff at the bar and restaurant are very rude. Will never come back again.
