Nice hotel with great water slides. Way overpriced restaurants and horrible internet connection. Why $77/night for resort fee when there is no good internet access?!

The property is beautiful. It could use some updating. But the staff were great and my kids loved all the water slides.
I liked the various pools. The entire property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like housekeeping coming in my room late night to bring 2 cans of water. The food at the restaurants is too expensive.
1st time visitors. Seemed like there were plenty of swimming pools on the property but they were not all open. There is a definite lack of hot tub /jacuzzi options. The one that we found was full of young kids.
There is no working WiFi at the property. If you are a business person and need to work or check email it is impossible to connect or stay connected. The service is extremely slow or just does not exist. This ruined our trip. Thanks Irina
I like that not many kids around. I like how all employees were super cautious with Covid requirments. I like all beautiful trees and set up around and in hotel.
The staff was PHENOMENAL! Naomi and Uriah (SipSip), Bernard with security, everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure guests were having a pleasant adventure. The only downfall, as there is everywhere, was not all amenities are open due to staffing issues.
The cove is absolutely beautiful! The room and amenities are just spectacular. It is truly paradise!
The Cove is certainly a step up from the Royal Towers where we stayed previously. Great decor. Large, well appointed room. Bed was a little on softer side.

Property is very large. Signage is very poor. Our room television was broken, one sink in the bathroom had a stopper that was broken. Some restaurants were closed while others were open. Using Covid as an excuse for the water park to have activities open on select days made no sense. Very difficult to get acclimated. Some days there was an activity sheet available if we asked for it. Other days not. Didn’t seem there was enough staff on the grounds. Food was overpriced.

Let me start by saying I'm not complaining about the price or beauty of the Cove. I visit my share of countries and islands. I always try to stay at a 4 or 5 star resort for safety and quality. I'm on my 8th day of a 9 day vacation. We have interacted with 100s of staff members. I can count in one hand the number of staff members that actually went out of their way or were personable. I'm not talking about the occasional goodmorning or hi. I'm speaking of servers, pool attendants, store personnel and front desk personnel. The staff would rather speak among them selves in groups as if they were on vacation, instead of servicing their guests. When you ask them a question or try to place an order they seemed bothered. My mini bar didnt work the first day, so I said something when they were in the room. He asked me to call downstairs and ask for a small fridge in the meantime. They promptly brought it up. A few days later I check my billing and I they charged me twice $201 for a tiny 2 ft fridge. I went downstairs to them what happened and he said they would look into it. I told him they can take it back. They fixed the mini bar the following day and to remove those charges. Tha was 4 days ago and its still there and bill still the same. Bottom line if I'm spending this type of money (which is fine) I expect some sort of attention given and level of service. I will return to the Bahamas, but not Atlantis. Can get better value and service elsewhere.
Some of the staff were very friendly but a good portion of them came off cold and emotionless. The overall communication about activity start times and locations could be vastly better too. The tv in the room showed only 1 time slot for many activities when there were actually several available times throughout the day and when we called to make a reservation for kayaking with the dolphins at Dolphin Cay, the attendant on the phone gave us the start time and duration for another activity.
