We loved most everything about the Cove resort. It was so beautiful to be in and our room was awesome with a king size bed facing the ocean. We were disappointed in the less expensive dining options. There weren’t very many. Would have loved a closer gelato shop or better cafe options. The food was very pricey. We ate at Carmines and for what it cost, it was terrible. The chicken parm was burn to a crisp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We liked the location, the lack of youngsters in the pool and the staff. We didn't like the room you gave us on the 3rd floor as if it was higher the view would have been great. We also didn't like the dining choices. We did, however, like the SeaGlass Lounge, the food and staff!

This was the absolute worst experience we have ever endured at a property of this caliber. The hotel should be downgraded to a 3-star hotel in its current condition. It’s just too old and has not seen a renovation since it went up 20+ years ago. The carpet was torn, paint was peeling and yellowing and worst of all there was active mold on our vents and on the ceiling in the shower, spider webs hanging over the bed and the AC was stuck at 80 degrees! When the issue was shared with management pics included, the best they could do is downgrade is to a lower floor with a smaller balcony and no working AC. I cannot begin to express how dissatisfied we were. I never write reviews but I’m sharing this one so another family does not waste their money. Opt for Baha Mar if you’re looking for luxury accommodations. The Cove is no longer it.

The cove offered a unique experience to the overall Atlantis property. We were close to everything but far enough away to take advantage of the quiet the cove offered. The beach and pool was great in the Cove areas.

We (myself, husband, and daughter) visited The Cove Atlantis for the first time a week ago. While we were there we checked out all the other Atlantis hotels, Royal, Reef, etc. and we can say without a doubt that The Cove was the most quiet, upscale, luxurious one! The hotel and its restaurants and pools were clean, the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful and the shuttle service (every 10 minutes) was top notch. We will definitely be back!
