The experience was great everyone was great the food was good staff was very friendly and polite

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Access to Atlantis, you cannot ask for anything more.

If you are checking this hotel, you planning Atlantis, right? This is the place to go without spending a fortune. I would not do it on honeymoon (not romantic), but definitely yes for a family with kids. Atlantis Coral tower is a 5-min walk away, Marina Village and Shopping Plaza are both next door. Free Continental breakfast (good, in my opinion), free wi-fi, newly renovated pool, a resonably-priced restaurant on premises (kids eat free when adults get entrees), friendly helpful staff. You get full access to Atlantis which is absolutely awesome, and can even charge meals and drinks there to your room in Comfort Suites. Will absolutely come back.

Very nice secret, reasonably priced compared to others in Atlantis, but yer you get all the benefits to enter Atlantis. Very clean and the staff was wonderful.

A great place to stay on Paradise Island and still have use of all that Atlantis has to offer. The free breakfast in the morning is very good, the rooms are great and everything you could want to do on Paradise island is within walking distance.

Har to leave early due to family emergency, They were very understanding.

Traveled 2/27/18 through 3/7/18 and must say it was a very nice time. We cannot say enough great things about the people that work here. Just incredibly helpful and always there when you need them. The good?....the pool area...the cleanliness of the entire facility...proximity to all things Paradise Island....breakfast daily.....the bed pillows were great....the on site restaurant was quite good...and again, the workers!! The “not quite as good?.... the sliding door to the outside was horrible!! Check, check and double check the door locks when you’ve finally gotten it closed. It may appear it is... just check it though to be sure. .... beds were quite hard.....musty smell throughout, not unbearable but there. ....the music they play at the pool is VERY loud and stays on most nights til 10:00. So if you have kids, I’d stay away from the rooms by the pool. Overall... we’d definitely go back. A quick note.. the young man who works in the lobby, Joshua, is an absolutely wonderful young man. If his boss reads this... give that young man a raise !!!

Decent hotel, nothing special. Restaurant was expensive (like everything on the island) and the food was hit or miss.

We were a 10 minute walk tom from the Coral Towers of the Atlantis Complex with access to all they have to offer... all the pools, the water slides, the rapid and lazy rivers. Not to mention their spa and workout room, at a much more affortable rate.

I went into the hotel having stayed at plenty 4/5 rated hotels before. I was just underwhelmed at the rooms, very basic. I understand it's the besch but if they even just threw in carpet it would be loads better... just to start anyway

The location is great; walking distance to and full access to the Atlantis. The staff is wonderful- friendly, helpful, and truly an asset to the hotel. Food on Paradise Island is expensive so the option of breakfast offered by the hotel is definitely a huge bonus. The pool opened the day of my departure, as such, I am not able to give an opinion on that area. My overall experience was very pleasant and I would encourage others to use this hotel vs staying at the Atlantis as it is more economical. Be prepared walk -enjoy the sites and the people. Thank you.

We all have heard that " The first impression is the lasting impression..." The front desk crew were wonderfully kind and courteous...in addition, all the other staff we encountered were at the top of their game, friendly, helpful, with kind smiles. This is our second stay, so if the first stay was not impressive we won't be writing this favorable and positive review...My darling wife and I look forward to returning in the near future. Keep doing what you're doing and it will continue being BETTER IN THE BAHAMAS ! Thank you Comfort Suites, you really are SWEET !

We booked the last week in Oct. back in June without being made aware that alot of the restaurants are closed that week. Also found out in early Oct. that the pool and outside eating area was under construction, but was assured it would be completed by the time we arrived. It wasn't. Sign at desk gave completion date of Nov. 1. We left on Oct.30. Still not complete. Breakfast was moved to Pelican room. It was too crowded. This was my 4th visit to Comfort Suites, and the hotel is great with an exceptional friendly staff who will bend over backwards for thier guests, but with the pool area being renovated and so many good restaurants (Carmines, Bimini, Virgils, Murrays) being closed our options were limited. We were also told that all 14 pools in Atlantis would be open. They were not, some were closed.

The pool was closed for renovations, which was disappointing. It was a short walk to Atlantis and it was nice to have access to all those amenities!

We had a nice stay. Not fancy by any means but clean and about a 10 min walk to Atlantis.

Front desk staffs are incredibly rude. We had 5 people in my family so book 2 rooms through Orbitz. I don't know they are rude because I booked the hotel through Orbitz but they don't grant anything. I have asked if they can give us room right next to each other and they said "No" right away. Not even consider a second. Initially thought that hotel is completely booked. But that wasn't the case. Hotel was pretty much empty because of hurricane Maria. And the service is extremely slow. On second day, I asked the extra shampoos and conditioners. No response. I had to call them more than 5 times before they brought them to us. On last day morning, we had a left over food from previous night and my kids doesn't want to eat same breakfast so I asked the front desk to bring the microwave one of my room and explain to her. I'd like to have it quick since I had to check out and head out to airport. No response! My son had to bring the food to the breakfast area, which is basically the other end of the hotel to warm his food. Using the Atlantis amenity for free was excellent but they don't know how to serve their customer. I would rather spend more money and stay in the Atlantis properties.

Nice hotel in walking distance of Atlantis and also includes access to the waterpark with your stay. Staff are extremely pleasant and courteous and made my family and me feel at home. Would definitely return for another stay.

This place is perfect for people who want to visit Atlantis but can't afford to. The rooms are large and comfortable. The people are friendly and the free breakfast is decent (albeit crowded). You can't go wrong with the included Atlantis wristbands!

Enjoyed amenities to Atlantis. wifi was weak couldnt access internet at times. Staff very friendly! Room was small for 2 teens and 2 adults.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice pool and free breakfast. It is about 15 minutes walk to the closest Atlantis resort, Anthony's is right across the street as well as Dunkin donuts. Had a great time there.
