Worth the Savings

We really liked the close access to Atlantis and the ability to go to the Ocean everyday. We did find the rooms dated and could use some sprucing up but overall for the price we paid found it worth it. The staff are super helpful and nice and after our initial rooms had some problems they were really amazing about moving my family who had booked two rooms to new ones right away. And they called to check and make sure it was better. If you want to save on the giant price tag of rooms at Atlantis this is a great alternative for a fraction of the price. Just don't go into it expecting a Lexus for a Toyota price tag. Enjoy the trip and smiles with your kids. Well worth the savings in my opinion.

Although the hotel is budget friendly & very convenient and provides access to the Atlantis facilities. The hotel itself is not in the best or safe conditions. The hallway ceilings and carpets were completely coming a part and reaked of mold. The rooms needs to be refreshed. Also we were charged extra fee because Comfort Suite says Expedia gave us the wrong rate. We will never stay there again.

Great location with access to Atlantis water parks without having to stay at Atlantis. Centrally located in downtown Nassau but with the benefit of being on Paradise Island and the safety and amenities there. If you rent a car you have free parking so you have access to greater new providence. I keep coming back to comfort suites.

I liked the accessibility of Atlantis to the property. The hotel was fairly clean but there were some areas that could use some updating. There were several leaks happening during our stay due to rain and several Areas where the carpet was coming up which could cause a trip hazard, the safe in my room did not work.

Hotel was under repair during my stay. The water and electricity cut out multiple times. I was calling the front desk constantly and all i got was "sorry, wait a few minutes and call us back". Ridiculous! Not offers to compensate for the spoiled food in the fridge or the horrible inconvenience. Eas happy to check out early. I have been to this hotel 3 times before and never experienced such a nightmare. Will not be returning.
