So far the best hotel we have stayed at in Atlantis, my only complaint is Kurig didn’t work right, microwave was very hard to plug in as socket was loose, mirror in bathroom would light up without being turned on and made funny noises.

The Reef is great for anyone looking to stay at Atlantis, but avoid the crowds and commotion of the Royal. It was very quiet, the Cadcades pool was fantastic and Paradise beach was absolutely perfect. The kitchenette provided everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings and we also made grilled cheese sandwiches when the kids wanted a snack. The only "downside" is that it is far away from most restaurants and activities, so be prepared for a minimum of a 8-12 minute walk. They do have shuttles running about every 10 minutes, however, our daughter gets car sick and those werent a great option. Other than that, I do not have anything bad to say about the property. A+ to the front desk staff.

Property was nice. Beach was clean. Food options very limited unless you book dining in advance. Grocery store was $15 for a couple cookies. Bring food!!! All pools close at 7pm. Some staff very nice and others were not interested in talking and even encountered some sleeping at the water park. Starbucks closes at 4pm everyday. Overall nice place but they charge a lot of money for small things and over $100 in gratuity a day plus you are expected to tip a lot on everything. Overall way too pricey and not worth it. Should stay at the RIU or somewhere else. Disappointing experience.

Room was worn down! At over 500$ a night I expect pristine! We had issues w room service! Some employees were rough around the edges! Mostly staff was great specifically at round the bend cafe where we ate daily for lunch! Thankfully I could cook for my kids…breakfast and lunch! We ordered room service pizza w no sauce and it came w sauce! Pasta for bolognese was severely overcooked and bolognese tasted like chili? Dishwasher was worn away, stovetop was very slow to heat, I used water pot to boil water pasta, carpet was wearing out! Desk in room had huge water mark? The fold out sofa bed was literally the most terrible night of sleep ever! Slept on couch! Blanket was weird and sticky! It was more like a $100 a night room at Jersey shore versus a tropical resort! Resort was overall fine but room was questionable! There was a terrible smell I hall from accumulation of water under carpet! Mentioned it at front desk then there was a fan outside our room night and day from then on!!! Did no staff notice the floor was wet and very stinky!? Room was stinky also as a result! Baha mar next time!
