No hot or even warm water to shower. Apparently a common issue as per guest services which simply responded it is a common issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We were in East Tower floor 22. Friends stayed in an adjacent building and reported same problem. If one doesn't mind a cold (yes cold) shower, everything else is nice. We had friends staying in yet another building and said the water was hot. It is a beautiful resort.

Stayed here twice before. Not sure i will be back. Some water slide and pool not in service, restaurants are closed. Gratuities 15% is fine..even 20% is fine with me…however servers asked for tips without telling that gratuity already included. Some places in side the room needed to be fixed. Hot and cold water was switched.
