The Shark slide wasn’t working the whole time we were there along with the side by side slides. The resort is beautiful but you can tell it is in need of some updates. Room view was great. Not many breakfast options on the resort. Amber restaurant was very good.

Came for my wifes 50th b'day. They upgraded up to the 17th floor. Amazing view. Had a great time. So much to do and see. Was there for 4 nights and wished we stayed for another night. The resturants were good, but pricy. Nobu was a disappointment... spent $200 and left hungry (over-rated in my opinion). The lazy river was amazing and actually had rapids. The staff was accomodating and super friendly. Very romantic and beautiful beach.

Our vacation at the Royal Atlantis was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and wish we stayed longer. The only suggestion would be to lower restaurant prices.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Many pools and beaches. Very walkable property with so much to experience. Too many extras to list. The only complaint is the cost of dining, it was expensive. A number of the restaurants were closed, presumably due to the season.

Resort was clean and the view was great. Two of their biggest pools, Mayan pool and coral pool have been closed since August 30th they said they were going to open Oct 30th. we were there nov 5-9 pools didn’t open even one day. Made the rest of the pools extremely busy and hard to find a seat. Restaurants not open everyday, some were closed the whole week. I also did not like the automatic 15% gratuity tax on top of the10% VAT tax on everything. You go to the thrift shop buy some water and pop go up to the counter 25% addition cost for what? I did like the resort but there was no value at all, should have been better for what we paid.

The resort is absolutely stunning, but also HUGE! Everything is so well maintained and the staff are very friendly (for the most part). The water park was a big hit with my kids and the abundance of restaurants on site was amazing. Food and drinks are definitely overpriced but it’s all worth it. Cant wait to come back!

This is our second time at this resort. The first time we were blown away. This time, not so much. The food was amazing, when the places we wanted to go to were actually open. It seems they rotate certain restaurants being closed. Also they add 15% tip to all meals, and 10% tourist tax. One night they had a private event running and had to call to the front desk more than once to find out when the music would stop. We were on the 16th floor, it didnt stop til 1030. And they started drilling at 9am... It seems we were there during construction because every day there was something getting drilled/saws etc.
