Front desk staff was very rude! I guess the assistant manager Jamal likes to think that your dumb when he speaks to you. No one can speak to the manager of the property you have to go through Jamal, which I think is a bunch of crap. Why have a manager if your not going to deal with the people coming to the property and supplying you with a job. The food was not the same food. Not understanding how you run out of food. The room was outdated, and had to walk your behind off just to get to it. There are no elevators so you have to walk and it’s a long walk. Before you book here really read what I am posting. There are other properties in Grand Bahamas that give amazing service for half of this price.

The property would be ideal for someone looking to hide away from the world for a period of time. The staff were not inviting, except for the bell boy that was very kind. The rooms are fine, beach is fine, and the pool is fine. The food is far below expectations and reminded me of nursing home food in the United States. The resort is off the beaten path and activities on site and through the resort were very limited. I would not recommend this to someone that is looking for an exciting adventure or close to places to explore.

Honestly this was such a great property we will definitely be back. Resort was not filled with a ton of people which was great. The staff in the restaurants were super great and friendly. There was a particular older lady that was just delightful I cant remember her name but she was the sweetest. After arriving at the resort we were a little stressed because the cruise we arrived on didn't give us any notice that they wont be coming back to pick us up until the 24th or 27th that was stressful to hear but we found another option with the Balearia so that worked out. I would suggest when guests are stressed this shouldnt be a moment to push the timeshare just a word of advice. Besides that the food was epic the beach was fantastic the staff was cool (with the exception of Andrew at the beach bar. I remembered his name because he just looked annoyed and pissed to be there and wasn't friendly). Love the resort and we will be coming back.

The property is nice and in a good location. The beach is very beautiful and clean. The property could use some cosmetic upgrades and extermination. Too many critters getting your room. However the staff is the best! I can’t begin to tell you how kind friendly helpful and genuine they are. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great and memorable. For that reason alone I will continue to return to the resort

The rooms are in need of a refurbishing. Toilets don't flush well, sinks/drains are slow, a/c doesn't cool well, not enough electric outlets in room. Food selections were meh (a lot of chicken and tilapia) cocktails were also meh, very basic well liquors. The ONE dining room was like a sauna. We were sweating while eating. No dance clubs, just a very hot hall with some music and "entertainment"...everyone was sweating their butts off. There's a 4 hour gap between lunch and dinner where there's no food to be found on the premises. The beach grill that's supposed to be open most of the day always had too many people waiting for food. How do you have hungry people in an all inclusive? Even the shop that sells snacks closes early. This being said, the staff, bartenders and servers were EXCELLENT. All work very hard and do their best. The wifi was ok as the tvs in the rooms.

Room – My room was basic and served the purpose. I had concerns about the insects that have full access to the room due to the unsealed doors. The resort has millepedes and ants. Both do not bite. I would suggest bringing a small natural bug spray. The room has a safe to use (for a fee). I did not use the safe due to that reason. Cleaning times are not consistent. I was in the shower and the service person was not pleased to find me in my room, one day, when she wanted to provide service. Food and Drink – The food was great for the most part. It was a 4 out of 5 for me. Most of the food was incredible delicious and the chef walks around to greet patrons. The salads are the best! Loved that! I took many plate picture while here. I was there during the soft reopen post-COVID-19. Some of the breads were days-old and the others it was fresh baked. More hits than a miss and still worth it. My suggestion for drinks are to PLEASE, PLEASE and PLEASE take your own recycle straws and a reusable cup. The resort does not use straws due to environmental reasons. I fully support the effort, however in COVID times, it is scary. One of my cups has lipstick on it and I was not wearing any because of my mask. Dishwasher can only do so much with cleaning dishes. Please try the cappuccinos and espressos from the bar. They are great! Dining – The staff was beyond amazing and will go far above their requirements to make your dining experience memorable. Great service from front desk, buffet workers and bartenders.

The staff wnd entertainment were perfect, but the rooms are dirty, and i didn’t had hot water mist of the nights

The hotel was decent. However, everything was geared towards the Italian guests. The entertainment staff were Italian, so was the DJ, food and decorations. I was expecting a Bahamian experiance and was very disappointed that the 'Bahamian' people, food and culture was non-existant.
