The staff was amazing :) The beach was absolutely beautiful. We snorkeled right there and saw some beautiful fish and even got to swim along side a sting ray
Rooms are dated beds pillows are old, food is the same every day at the buffet. Restaurants are better but you are limited to how often you can use them, twice for five nite stay three times for six nites or more. Beach is great along with pool

Front desk staff was very rude! I guess the assistant manager Jamal likes to think that your dumb when he speaks to you. No one can speak to the manager of the property you have to go through Jamal, which I think is a bunch of crap. Why have a manager if your not going to deal with the people coming to the property and supplying you with a job. The food was not the same food. Not understanding how you run out of food. The room was outdated, and had to walk your behind off just to get to it. There are no elevators so you have to walk and it’s a long walk. Before you book here really read what I am posting. There are other properties in Grand Bahamas that give amazing service for half of this price.

The property would be ideal for someone looking to hide away from the world for a period of time. The staff were not inviting, except for the bell boy that was very kind. The rooms are fine, beach is fine, and the pool is fine. The food is far below expectations and reminded me of nursing home food in the United States. The resort is off the beaten path and activities on site and through the resort were very limited. I would not recommend this to someone that is looking for an exciting adventure or close to places to explore.
For an all inclusive stay in the islands of Bahamas, one would expect the food to taste good. The food sucks
Honestly this was such a great property we will definitely be back. Resort was not filled with a ton of people which was great. The staff in the restaurants were super great and friendly. There was a particular older lady that was just delightful I cant remember her name but she was the sweetest. After arriving at the resort we were a little stressed because the cruise we arrived on didn't give us any notice that they wont be coming back to pick us up until the 24th or 27th that was stressful to hear but we found another option with the Balearia so that worked out. I would suggest when guests are stressed this shouldnt be a moment to push the timeshare just a word of advice. Besides that the food was epic the beach was fantastic the staff was cool (with the exception of Andrew at the beach bar. I remembered his name because he just looked annoyed and pissed to be there and wasn't friendly). Love the resort and we will be coming back.
The property is nice and in a good location. The beach is very beautiful and clean. The property could use some cosmetic upgrades and extermination. Too many critters getting your room. However the staff is the best! I can’t begin to tell you how kind friendly helpful and genuine they are. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great and memorable. For that reason alone I will continue to return to the resort
