I celebrated my 28th birthday at SLS Baha Mar and it was nothing short of amazing. The property was beautiful and the staff was so nice. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with open arms by the front desk, specifically by Danielle Brown. Danielle is amazing! She took care of us during our stay. Brown was very prompt and professional. She made our stay a breeze and made sure that we optimized our trip with fun things to do. The rooms are so modern, very beautiful decor, spacious and airy. I love waking up in the morning and looking at the view through the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We had Cleo every morning for breakfast and ate at Katsuya and Carna for dinner. The food is 10/10. My friends had so much fun at the cabana pool and privilege pool. Ashton and Garrett took care of us at the Cabana pool and made sure that we had a safe and fun time. Kenesha, the manager at Privelege Pool is amazing. Her professionalism stook out to me. She is great at what she does. My spa day with Felicia was amazingggggg! I have never received such as great facial and massage as I did at SLS. An amazing experience that I will never forget. Cecil and Davontae were great as well at Monkey Bar and Cleo. Overall, I had an amazing experience at SLS. If I have any cons, the host at Skybar by the elevator entrance was disgustingly rude on 9/18 and I feel like the can do better with their music options as far as DJ’s.

excellent hotel

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are modern and clean. There are several pools to choose from depending on what you’re looking for. There several restaurants, bars, shops, and there’s the casino. The water park wasn’t fully open when we went, but we had access to some of the attractions. The water park will be amazing once it’s completed. The beach wasn’t as clean as other beaches in Nassau but we still had a good time when we hung out at the beach. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. The service was amazing. I would definitely go back.

Amazing resort. Expensive but well worth the stay over the all inclusive

Overall service was great, except for one lady in the front desk which was rude a couple times (might have been having a bad day, however no excuses). Except for that one lady, staff was exceptional! The resort is absolutely beautiful!!! Food was delicious! (Cleo❤️) The rooms do need improvements, the bathrooms specifically! Water faucet is terrible in there! Splatters all over the place as it’s too far from sink. Bathrooms need to be bigger.

Great vibe, INC staff and good restaurant choices

Beautiful hotel, rooms were mediocre, tiny bathroom, not the best ocean view rooms, construction site from your balcony, we were there for 5 nights they only cleaned our room twice, staff can be more attentive!!! Food is great!!!

We didn’t know there was a swanky beach club with an infinity pool. It was more my husbands and my vibe and it opened at 10am so we didn’t feel like we had to rush in the morning to get a chair. Not really good with special treatment for honeymooners.

I liked the share amenities. The ambiance and staff were the best. The Skybar was a pleasant scene for a nightcap.

Property was very nice and well maintained. Grounds were beautiful, plenty of pools and great beachfront access.

We enjoyed everything about the property! We had a great time!!! Definitely we will be back again!

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are modern and clean. There are several pools to choose from depending on what you’re looking for. There several restaurants, bars, shops, and there’s the casino. The water park wasn’t fully open when we went, but we had access to some of the attractions. The water park will be amazing once it’s completed. The beach wasn’t as clean as other beaches in Nassau but we still had a good time when we hung out at the beach. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. The service was amazing. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were mediocre, tiny bathroom, not the best ocean view rooms, construction site from your balcony, we were there for 5 nights they only cleaned our room twice, staff can be more attentive!!! Food is great!!!
