We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 6 nights in August 2019. Our room was in the east tower. I was impressed with the hotel and the rooms in particular. Everything seemed relatively new, stylish and very clean. The bathroom in our room was HUGE and I particularly enjoyed the marble shower and rain shower ...
Everything necessary was on site. The kids enjoyed the water park and the beach was excellent.

I really liked the location and the pools outside. However, they need to put some air freshener inside the rooms and bathrooms (the smell was not too pleasant). Also, they need to provide faster internet for customers. Other than that, everything else was okay.

As advertised! 5th time to the Bahamas, second at the Atlantis, but the first time at the Cove. Will be our permanent location for our next trip.
Great quiet family atmosphere. Great staff! No dining at this property, but plenty of options nearby.
Lots to do. Very beautiful property. We enjoyed it very much

Everything was Very nice. However, as little as this is, their toiletries were awful. No scent, no lather. Didn’t give you that clean, just out of the shower feeling. Small, but very important.

I liked the share amenities. The ambiance and staff were the best. The Skybar was a pleasant scene for a nightcap.
