Grounds are well kept and clean. Location isn't the best. Ocean view is of a busy harbor. Beach is a netted off portion of the harbor, so water is very cold and lots of wake from heavy traffic. Food is great, but with only 3 restaurants, meals get old after a 7 day trip.
