The water pressure in the rooms was excellent, didn’t like how small the beach was and umbrellas were hard to come by.

I got to walk out to the beach and all the activities i wanted was right there. Jet sking, parasailing boat rides etc. No need to travel

The people were super nice and the food was awesome

View is beautiful. Staff is friendly but not very welcoming. Rui has a sewage odor. Very clean. Like being all adult and all inclusive. Plenty of chairs and towels. Needs to have shuttle service to Nassau and Atlantis. Needs to offer snorkel and non motorized amenities. Music by pool needs to include variety. Overall very pleased.

The property was picturesque, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed all areas of the property.

The buffet was always delish! I never tried the other restaurants due to the hour long wait times-this is not the policy at other Riu resorts. There were only a few staff members who were actually polite and/or accommodating. One server rolled his eyes when I requested silverware & a water-the basic necessities. There were no waiters on the beach which was disappointing whereas the Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun had abundant wait staff on the beach. The resort and beach were both very nice but much smaller than other Riu resorts. The night time entertainment was also extremely disappointing.

Dinners were great my favorite was the one next to the elevators it was a difficult name I can’t remember but the food there was amazing but it was frustrating that you had to wait on line quite early to eat at the steak house because there are no reservations. Almost like you have to fight for a spot if you wanted to eat there. So everything has to stop so you can run to get in line to eat there. Lots of places to snack, one bar is open 24/7 and has snacks in case you get hungry. Across the street is a convenient store to buy chips, sunblock, miscellaneous. Atlantis is next door you can walk enjoy shoes and casino. Room pretty clean but there was a bit of an odor in the bathroom coming from the water The infinity pool was great attached to swim up bar, lots of seats. Wish there was more activity like water erobics or a volleyball net in the larger pool because sometimes infinity pool got a bit crowded (it’s the cooler pool lol). Plenty of pool chairs and cabanas, beach is onsite and wonderful WATER IS CLEAR AS DRINKING WATER, GREAT BEACH! There’s entertainment every night my favorite was karaoke lol Overall enjoyed my stay at the RIU

Beautiful property. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, great food, completely all inclusive. The pool area was really nice and the beach had pretty sand and was clean and clear blue water.

Overall, it was a great stay. We did not enjoy the fact that the pool bar closed so early or the fact that beach chairs were removed from the beach before sunset. Our primary reason for staying at the hotel was to enjoy the beach and ocean view.

There was no entertainment and no business center for access to the internet.

The property was nice and the staff was pleasant making sure my needs were met.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! (as long as you don't put your feet on the coffee table out front). Property is kept very clean.

Adults only, clean, fun environment, staff was very nice and helpful. A lot more affordable than Atlantis, and it’s just steps away.

We liked like everything about the property , very clean , staff was Courteous , friendly, apart from a few server that was fishing for tips, noticed if didn't tipped then they would ignore you. (DISAPPOINTING)

Great food, beautiful beach, and next door to Atlantis casino and water park. The staff was friendly and my favorite food was the Jerkin bbq and the steak house. Only cons was you had to line up before place opens to make reservations, no top shelf liquor like Grey goose or glenlivit, pool closes at 7 and no jacuzzi. Overall great place to stay and excellent service.

Private access to amazing beach was the best, staff friendliness and closing of pool bar so early was whack. Restaurant reservations were first come first serve, not very convenient. Do not use majestic tours in the lobby for amenities. Horrible customer service. Overall, was a really nice vacation due to the beauty of the beach.
