We had issues checking in because, although my daughter had made the reservation, she booked it in my name, and I had the confirmation. The room was also very dirty and uncleaned, so we had to switch rooms. The water park turned out to be wonderful; we really enjoyed it. When my daughter called to speak with the staff, they were unfriendly and spoke very poor English. I do not recommend this hotel. Luidmyla
