Dirty room, poor towel service, bathroom and vanity/mirror/sink areas not together( No privacy!) No coffee maker. No shuttle. Headboards painted on wall??? No dressers or drawers.

I did not like how over crowded it was. Very disapointed as my kids did not get to enjoy the waterslides. We were their 3full days and 2 nights and the lines were way too long one trip down slide was a 60-90minute wait. There private area for guest of resort only was completly closed down. I have a teenager and a toddler and the toddler areas were so consumed and over populated i couldnt even allow my toddler to enjoy them. We spent most of our stay enjoying the Wisconsin river and off site attractions as the water park and amusement park were way too over populated.

rooms where stinky, loud hallways employees where not so helpful

The picture are not what you paying for

I was very disappointed. I paid for a resort experience and basically got a hotel with a nice pool. When I booked the room, it wasn't like I had expected. The phone in the room didn't work and there was no hot water or water pressure. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. One of the main reasons for booking this place was the indoor water park due to weather concerns, but it was closed because they were renovating. My question was/is, why didn't they wait until they were closed for the season to start this? I could've gone taken the same amount of money I spent in Wisconsin Dells and gone to Cedar Point, stayed at a nice hotel there, Anyway, for the price of $250/night Resort, we instead got the "Budget Inn".

They did not inform us that the indoor water park was closed

The room was not connected to the water park. This was not mentioned during the booking process or under the details of the hotel. They basically bought old motels in the Dells area and put them under the olympus name.

The best part about this park is the advertising team. The pictures are very misleading, i won't call it a hotel, its more like a motel, the rooms are small and they are not updated, i felt like i was in a time machine back in the 90's, old tv, old mattresses, thet even have a bottle opener next to the sink, wich was a good thing to pop my beer, there is no an actual headboard, they painted a fake headboard on the wall. The restroom looks even older like from the 60's, everything was green, and the toilet seat was cracked, one of those hair line cracks thats bite you in the rear when you seat to do your business. There was dirt and spiderwebs under the bunker beds. Other than that the water park was nice, a lot of things to do and play, ut seems to be clean and the food and drinks where not that expensive. It was fun but definitely i would choose a different place next time.

Everything was nasty and broken we had to leave day early because of it

Ok

There were stains on the bedding in our room. Asked for new linen and they brought it and we had to put in on the bed ourselves. They dont clean your room or bring clean towels unless you ask. When I made the reservations I wasnt informed that the indoor water park was closed for construction and some of the outdoor slides werent open. And you have some killer hills to walk up to the parking lots if you are staying off of the premises. They own lots of other buildings down the strip that you stay at.

I will say this place at a nice waterpark. After that the hotel was absolutely disgusting. I live in the Chicago suburbs and this is a hotel I would expect to find on the southside while people are smoking crack outside their rooms. I paid $250 a night plus hotel fees for a total of over $700 for 2 nights. This allowed me to stay in the basement room of a building that had multiple people walking past yelling screaming and swearing through the night. The hotel room itself was absolutely disgusting we had to mop the floors with disinfectant wipes, I have pictures if I can figure out how to post them I will add them. Lights were burned out, beds are worn out, clock was broken, I didn’t even peel back to sheets I was scared to see what I would fine. This hotel is disgusting and for the price I paid it’s almost nauseating.

Took awhile to find our rooms and couldn't find elevators. Didn't like the feeling of being lost. I like the clean rooms and comfy pillows

I like that it was q very friendly place. Love the diversity. Love the peoples there. Especially the worker. Hard worker and friendly. Will be back 3 yrs from now. Thanks you
