After staying at the past 2 nights, I will NEVER bring my family there again! I have many issues, but I will only state to major at this time! #1... The woman's bathroom floor in the waterpark RIGHT NEXT TO THE KIDDIE AREA... had human feces all over the floor. I reported it...still there 6PM the next day!! #2... A child got a bloody nose leaving a trail of blood across the floor between the hot tub (where their parents hung out drinking) & the Kiddie Pool Area! Another mother reported it, we sat there trying to keep people off the blood contaminated area, but after 15 mins of kids running back & forth, the blood just disappeared back into water! NOBODY CAME!! #3...The air temperature & the water temperature was RIDICULOUSLY cold! You could feel the winter air just blowing in from somewhere! Hence, why everyone huddled in the hot tub. #4..Since we avoided the waterpark, I let my kids play in the bathtub in our room. I needed extra towels so I called the front desk....4 1/2 hrs later I had to walk to the lobby to get them to send someone up with them. (Front desk employees were very nice) Moral of my story.... STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Oh...We found a moldy Lime under our bed, the table still had valentines heart sprinkles on it upon arrival & there was what appeared to be a blood spot on a pillow case. If we wouldn't of had other things planned in the Dells, I would of got the heck out fast, unfortunately, I am not made of money so I had to make the best of it.

It was a nice cheap get away.bed was a rock.Did not see staff except at water park, did not need to call them.

The pool was great for 3 year old grandson The room was good size Bed needs replacing mattress old Furniture was beat up The couch pulled out to bed was filthy. Staff came promptly and politely and cleaned it. Garbage in different areas of room. Check in and out staff was great.

It was okay , pretty good with the deal i got per night!

Paid resort fee but indoor park and restaurant where closed weekdays. Bed was hard and no free breakfast.

The room had black mold, beds were very hard and uncomfortable, there was garbage behind the night stand and stains all over the floors. Room and hall stunk, too.

First time staying at this hotel. I have 4 boys and they are all under 9 and loved the larger water park and stayed there until closed as I could relax in hot tub near by and still see them. The smaller pool area that was open normal pool hours was perfect. Had one pool for older kids and one for toddlers. Staff was very nice and friendly. There was a bad winter storm and we stayed again and they were very accommodating. We will be coming back for sure!!

We often like to hike and then go to a hotel for hot tubs. Unfortunately, our hiking ending in 15 minutes because of --windchills. But the hotel was able to get us in early. Ask about happy hour specials if that happens to you. This hotel is for children, but parent can use the hot tubs. The sauna is usually working also.

I noticed the dingy and peeling wallpaper first. Then I saw something sticky on the nightstand. It appeared a previous guest had spilled a drink. The TV had a terribly fuzzy analog picture in this HD world. After first using the toilet, I discovered I had to hold the handle down through the whole flush cycle to get it to flush. Getting ready for bed, I noticed a draft from the patio door which had an ice buildup all over the inside of the door. The beds were not all that comfortable, but the worst part was that, besides the flat sheet, there was only a comforter that was little more than a second flat sheet. We used the pull out bed, as well, and was given only a fitted sheet and blanket. I asked for an extra flat sheet and a few blankets, but was told I could only have 2 total items. I accepted a flat sheet and one blanket. We tried adjusting the thermostat for our second night, but it was a difficult-to-control-and-regulate knob. In the morning, I discovered that the shower head is at an optimum level for somebody 5'6". Although the pools and water park are decent, they are on opposite ends of the facility, a near 5-minute walk between them. Bottom line for us, though, is that our kids did have fun. We will probably try a new location next time we do the Dells.

We often go hiking and this hotel is close to several state parks. Some of the rooms have not been updated. This particular stay the phone did not work in our room and there was not an ice bucket in the room. So I went down to the front desk and requested an ice bucket. To my surprise, in a short time one of staff brought the bucket filled with ice. We enjoyed our stay. I just wish one of the hot tubs was open earlier than 9:00 AM. It is hard to work in a session and check out by 11:00 AM.

They didnt clean our room for four days, hotel was dirty garbage everywhere, also water park wasn’t clean, people who are coming in are very rude and not nice

When I checked in, there was an additional 15 dollar resort fee. Which didn't really make it worth the deal, the hotel came out to be 80 dollars. I could have stayed elsewhere for a cheaper price. Staff was not friendly when I checked in.

Room was nice, the bed was the worst I have ever slept in. The motel was worn out and showing its age. Very convenient location, good for little kids due to price and small water slides. Had to call a few times to get towels and items that were not replaced in the room.

We've been in this hotel many times , our kids enjoy in a pool . However we know that this hotel is in progress of remodeling , so we can't complain after all. Thanks

Broken items. Elevator, outlets in room, hair dryer, sink leaks, Jacuzzi jets, safe in room, sliding door, ice machine, etc. BROKEN DOWN. The hotel doesn't seem to want to fix it up so it will remain a broken down place for cheap in the dells.

Decent resort for price and location. Outdated rooms and carpet in room needs to replaced. Friendly staff and pool area is nice.

needed a decent rate to stay close to ho chunk. staff was friendly and it was during their off season so the big water park was closed and it was slow. had a very loud neighboring room and the hotel didn't seem too booked so that was frusterating. deadbolt on the back patio was also unlocked upon my arrival so i'm glad i checked that.

The hotel was nice, the parts they were redoing, but we did not have any housekeeping the three nights we were there, so that was disappointing. We had to make several trips to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, and tissues. One of the hot tubs was closed on Saturday night for maintenance, which I thought was bad timing. The lifeguards were not very friendly and made being out in the pools areas very uncomfortable.

Water park and pool difficult to access. AC worked poorly. Rooms noisy. Hotel desk mediocre.

None of the ice machines worked. Elevators were never cleaned.
