We've been in this hotel many times , our kids enjoy in a pool . However we know that this hotel is in progress of remodeling , so we can't complain after all. Thanks

Broken items. Elevator, outlets in room, hair dryer, sink leaks, Jacuzzi jets, safe in room, sliding door, ice machine, etc. BROKEN DOWN. The hotel doesn't seem to want to fix it up so it will remain a broken down place for cheap in the dells.

Decent resort for price and location. Outdated rooms and carpet in room needs to replaced. Friendly staff and pool area is nice.

needed a decent rate to stay close to ho chunk. staff was friendly and it was during their off season so the big water park was closed and it was slow. had a very loud neighboring room and the hotel didn't seem too booked so that was frusterating. deadbolt on the back patio was also unlocked upon my arrival so i'm glad i checked that.

The hotel was nice, the parts they were redoing, but we did not have any housekeeping the three nights we were there, so that was disappointing. We had to make several trips to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, and tissues. One of the hot tubs was closed on Saturday night for maintenance, which I thought was bad timing. The lifeguards were not very friendly and made being out in the pools areas very uncomfortable.

Water park and pool difficult to access. AC worked poorly. Rooms noisy. Hotel desk mediocre.

None of the ice machines worked. Elevators were never cleaned.

Not impressed... I know they're renovating it which is good... There is a lot of fixing and updating. Didn't like that none of the bars/snack areas weren't open. Ran out of towels and it took two calls to get more. Walls super thin.. Beds really uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend

The hotel was very dirty and run down. I would never stay there again.

Resort fee; it is a joke!I dont recomed this hotel.Tons of chlorine at the hot tub.I smelled it for the next few days .Stay somewhere else.

This hotel resort is very dated. I had about 12 working tv channels and the tv was set to max volume every time I turned it on. Then the morning I checked out they had a pest control company working right above me making tons of noise at 6:30 am. Do Not Stay Here! Rooms suck. Might as well stay at the super 8 next door for cheaper but better value and nicer rooms.

When we checked in the hotel staff couldn't get the computers to work. They went from one to another and back. They didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. We waited longer just trying to check in than what we stayed. It was awful. Plus I think they were rennovating and we didn't get to be in the new part. Disappointing since the hotel was far from full.

Our first room had a bed that when you sat on the side you fell to the middle. The second room was just ok but dated. Rust in the bathroom and the windowsills were dirty. The pool across from our room was closed and the children's area was cold. The worst part was I sat in the hot tub and then was asked to get out of it because there was an accident. Next thing I knew was the lifeguards were pouring bleach in and wearing protective gloves while cleaning it. Apparently someone had thrown up in the hot tub and these guys just watched me get in until they were ready to clean it! I had to actually ask what happened. This is a serious health concern that they just watched as I and another lady sat in there while they knew what had happened. I am still disgusted and feel really dirty! What if we get sick are you going to pay our bills?

The lifeguards and staff were great. They seem to be glad to work there. The rooms are so worn and dirty while the staff appear to feel bad the can't fix things. I have gone there at least 5 times in the past and it wasn't like this. The rooms smelled. I said rooms as the first room had a big hole in the carpet. The second room had been sprayed with fever eve the first day but not the second. Awful unidentifiable smell. People were touring the place to purchase rooms. Not sure where they were staying but no way would I stay there again. YUK!

The rooms outdated i mean they do not even have flat screen TV yet. They still have the old tube TVs and which had fuzzy picture on every channel, that wasn't a big deal because we weren't there to watch TV but when my son tried to watch it the morning waiting for the pool to open he complained. The carpet in the room was dirty the room had a weird smell to it. The bathtub was dirty. When I said something about the room being dirty they said the manager would call my room back when he wasn't busy. That never happened. The first night were there my son wanted to go to the in door waterside the out door water park and pool closes early at 8. I mean the sun was still out come on it should be open til at least 9, but the indoor water park was closed. But the next day it was opened again so and that closes at night should at least be open for another hour at least. I would not go back to this hotel because how dirty it was. Maybe when they remodel the rooms I will go back and give it a chance and that's a BIG MAYBE

I booked this hotel online after seeing the water park it had. Going to check in I was met by about 5 of their employees including a manager, none of whom even acknowledged that I was there. None of them looked like they were working at a hotel. The staff was dressed in t-shirts, cut- off t-shirts, complaining about who took their cigarettes. The manager made me fill out a paper that included my license plate number and I was met attitude when I told her that I didn't know it off the top of my head. Despite the terrible excuse for service, I checked in and went to find my room. Entering the main door I was met with the smell that can only be compared to that of a teenage boys room. My room had not been vacuumed in so long that the navy blue carpet was turning gray around the edges of the room. My vanity mirror was covered in finger prints, the bathroom was covered in mold, and instead of cleaning up the room it looked as though they had just kicked the last person's garbage under the bed. I went to inform the staff, and they didn't even apologize. We left immediately. I can only imagine what is living in their pool if the room was in that sort of disarray. Over all, it is a poorly run, dirty hotel. Don't waste your time or your money.

The people there were very friendly. Our room was clean and they kept it clean the entire stay. Not all the pools were open for us to ise, and the ones that were open were very cold. I dont think they had the heat on in the outside pools, but other then that we could not complain.

I think that the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation, but i do think that it is overall a bit run down than other hotels in the area. I was also promised water park tickets and when I got to the hotel, they said that it was not true so that was part of the reason we booked and it didn't materialize.

Hotel is under construction.....but it was still a nice stay and water park faculties the kids loved

Waterpark is perfect for younger kids and also slides for older kids too!
