Nice hotel but they don’t do daily housekeeping for more than 1 night stays. After 3 night I asked for an additional towel and for housekeeping the next day. Housekeeping exchanged towels and soap without changing linens or replacing used plastic or coffe cups. Nice, newer hotel and great staff.
Nice hotel with basics. I liked the location, the beds we’re comfortable, and I liked the Dove products in bathroom/shower. It was clean. Breakfast was good. Very frustrated that remote and/or tv didn’t work right. We asked for a replacement remote, but I think we just got the same one back. We had to turn tv on manually, and we could not adjust volume or mute it. The only thing we could do was change channels. It was like front desk didn’t believe me. So after a very long day of travel and the fact that this place is newer, I was frustrated that a basic service couldn’t be provided.

I wasn’t allowed to check in at initial arrival because the receptionist said my reservation was under my sons name even though I showed them everything was booked under my name.
The pool water was a little too cold
I had to add a day to our travel which resulted in two reservations. I called the motel and discussed the situation, should I cancel and start over or leave as is. I didn't want an interruption in service or have to change rooms. They assured me that I could leave it as is. On the second day of our stay, the room key no longer worked (extra trip from the room to the lobby for a new key and new paperwork for the "new" reservation). Apparently the motel representative neglected to note that our reservation covered three days, not just one. It also cancelled our WiFi on three phone and two Ipads, not a big deal just inconvenient.
