Very good coffe bar nearby for breakfast, also 3x dinner options that are walkable. Spacious room. Clean, the only juggle was the very unprofessional welcome I received at night from an unhelpful receptionist who just couldn't be bothered at all to articulate exactly where my room was located ... it was about 150yds away and it was dark. Also I have a broken shoulder, halting luggage down long paths was not on my list of to do things and this young woman was not about to help, she could barely manage directions. The view over the lagoon was peaceful and the room a great size, no bugs or issues. I would stay at Sandyport again.

From check in, showing us our lagoon suite, beach towels, recommendations and being friendly and professional they had it all 10/10! Travelling with a 2 year old and 5 year old they made us feel seen, safe and welcomed! The pool was great, the lagoon was calm and peaceful and the mango slush beverage at the wet bar was chefs kiss. Great small ‘homey’ place. Quiet and perfect for families with children. The private beach is perfect to teach the little ones snorkeling before venturing to the sea. Must walk or take cabs to go anywhere. Very clean place.

Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, quiet and cozy resort, close to restaurants and shops. The property a little bit dated. Balconies in many rooms are not really balconies and shouldn’t be advertised as such. I missed having an actual balcony a lot (my booking said “with balcony”). The beaches are nice enough, but not great. It would be nice if at list one beach had a shower.

Everyone was above and beyond with the customer service, especially Mr. Carl! The resort felt exclusive Bruce there weren’t big crowds outside or many people in the water at the same time. I’ll definitely be back!
