Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. People were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean but could use some updating. Property itself is nice but definitely feels worn. We were ok with that. A little more cleanup around the grounds could probably help with that. Wish there were more umbrellas and chairs at the beach but it never seemed to be very busy, which was nice. We stayed there as a family of six and really enjoyed it. Several food options within walking distance but you can take the jinty bus during the day to get downtown for other options. We would return here in the future.

Liked the 2 person tub in the suite, though it was odd to be openly in the bedroom adjacent to the bed.

Disgusting. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights at this "luxury" resort and it was the absolute opposite. Our lagoon-side room was old, rusted, filthy, and also dangerous for our 19-month-old. During our stay, he discovered a bare electrical outlet (half the wall was missing) and an overly exposed sharp rusted pillar outside our door. The lamp overhead our bed CRACKLED like a flying pan when turned on. The bathroom shower was rusted and had lots of exposed lime. Doors were filthy and had severe paint chipping. Sliding doors required both arms to open and close due to rust. We also killed a waterbug the size of a hamburger patty that was trying to claim up the baby's crib. The best part? When we left 2 days earlier to go to another hotel, the front desk didn't even ask why... This place is shameful for the price they're charging and genuinely unsafe for children. If you think this is an unfair review, I will gladly send anyone and everyone pictures and videos of what I'm talking about. THE PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR LISTING DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!!

Service is terrible. Front desk nor bellman answer their phones Hence was forced to carry all our luggage down the stairs, through a grassy area before I could pull my own luggage to meet my taxi to the airport. The staff also provided incomplete information about the restaurant - forcing my husband to take long walk back to room for cash as the restaurant was not affiliated with the hotel. At no point did staff inform us of that fact. Never again.

Friendly staff but rooms were very basic. Our double room bathroom was smaller than a closet. Also not much to do on the “resort” itself. Just a bunch of Americanized, expensive restaurants. Would not recommend.

The staff was great, very pleasant, the property felt safe and was very clean. Restaurants were good and the food was even better. The room conditions were not the best, we booked a kitchenette and had to replace a broken blender, the jacuzzi tub was not working, the toilet seat was loose from the ground and the shower faucet was loose from the wall. Facility is in need of some updates. For the cost of the stay we expected a fully functioning room. Also, the refrigerator had an ice maker that was not connected so we had no ice. Great experience overall but I'll for sure be more prepared if i come back.

The property is in walking distance to several restaurants which was nice. The beach was easily accessible. The private beach was clean and spacious.

Sandyport is a fairly nice property. But if staying in the hotel rooms they are right next to a busy, noisy street. There was alot of pedestrian and vehicle noise fairly late at night. Somehow they messed up our room in their system. Just after we fell asleep another guest tried to get in our room. Three times they tried to get into the room. If we would not have used the deadbolt they would have gotten in. Suffice to say neither my wife or I got much sleep after the rude awakening.

We had a great time and will be back🇮🇹

Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend. Wi-Fi needs to be reconnected with anytime you take a break which is kind of a pain, the mattress was okay and the walls are super thin but other than that the place was great.

It is very peacefull please to stay. The stuff are very friendly. Is clean.I will recomend anyone to stay at this place.

I thought I had studied very carefully and awarded a 4 night stay to Sandyport. I made a mistake and will not stay there again. The "view" shown on room page sure was nice and my view an empty barren grass lot. Crushing wheels of bags trying to get them through the gravel parking lot and finally ants in my bed made unwelcome bedmates. No chair no desk to pound out my email reports.

I did like that it seemed like you were on a private beach however it was more of a docking area and looked and felt very outdated.

Loved the beach, staff friendly. The food choices in the resort were not good and many not open as advertised. Website needs to be updated.

Short walk to the beach was great. The setting was quiet, secluded and safe. The primary drawback is that any Nassau activities are an expensive cab ride away .., straw market, fish fry, sailing, snorkeling or other tours.

Pleasant surroundings overall. Perhaps you should advertise that there is an ACBL bridge tournament there on Tuesdays and Fridays. Many older folk are avid bridge players.

This was by far the most accommodating place we have ever stayed. The staff went way beyond their duties to make us comfortable and helping in every way. Such a quiet place with clean rooms and wonderful staff
