Standard rooms are too small and very outdated. They are motel-like and quite claustrophobic, especially those without balconies. They are also not worth the hefty nightly rate nor the additional person fees as they are not at all suited for a family of 4 despite the 2 queen beds. Deluxe rooms on the other hand not only offer more space but are updated at the level one would expect paying for the standard rooms.

Our first impression we werent so sure, had a lagoon room and loved that we could walk onto the stand and onto hameck. Loved the restaruant nearby and beach was super clean and convenient. Love the feeling of it being private and close to everything but not in the mid of it all. ideal for privacy. :)

Pictures are very deceiving of the hotel itself… the town is very beautiful - cafes and restaurants close by make it very convenient but the hotel itself was run down & tough… location is okay, beach close by. Probably great for families, especially with kids - lots to do but read everything thoroughly before you book. Bed was the best part of the hotel, very comfortable - we booked for 3 nights and stayed for 1.

Very clean room. Great staff. Great location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet by the lagoon and ocean beaches. Great for young children. Rooms at spartan but clean and comfortable. Adding more accommodations like pickleball courts and fitness center would help.

The staff was awesome through the whole property. Food at the onsite restaurants was always great. The only reason for missing a star is the Bad WiFi in our room, called the front desk multiple times but couldn’t get fixed.

Rooms was spacious and had everything we needed staff was exceptionally courteous and looked out for us. Their recommendations were spot on. Enjoyed this better than the high end / high cost experience of the big hotels. Chill vacation without the over the top flash! The beach, Bon Vivant, and Blue Sail restaurant were favorites.

The staff was attentive, courteous, and informative! My room was clean and prepared for my visit (I had an early flight). The resort was close to the airport and other venues of interest. Taxi service was excellent! I felt safe in my room and walking around the resort. Such a relaxing vacation! Items of improvement: (1) Daily activities to choose from and not at enormous prices (e.g. $100 for a 1 hour tour of the island). (2) Food available during the afternoon and evening in the main building, not just from 7AM - 11AM.
