The ice machine and room the ice machine was in smelled horrible. I couldn't believe that a hotel like this had a room that smelled like a motel. Also getting an umbrella set up each morning was like pulling teeth! I understand the hustle the guys that worked on the beach were trying to do (they say they are not supposed to put up the umbrella but they will do it this time, trying to get a tip), but it made for an unpleasant start to our days (we were there for 7days!) we had to fuss to get an umbrella set up that is part of our resort fee.....

The property is very nice. Some staffs are more pleasant than others. Dining is super expensive. Be reminded that the bill includes VAT and Tax and that’s what made things more expensive. Be ready to spend about $150-$300.00 per meal for party of 4. Highly recommending purchasing the refillable cup as that is refillable in every station and would save you money for drinks. We enjoyed our stay but should have a reasonable price for family vacationing especially food.

Although a beautiful property I don’t think I’ll stay here again. It outrageously expensive, housekeeping barely cleaned - they just made our bed, left mugs dirty and even threw away my $145 dollar steak my husband and I hoping to finish off in the morning. I had to call the front desk to get toilet paper, water and coffee refills. The hotel was extremely crowded which made it difficult to just get coffee. You’re better off staying at an all inclusive or cruise for the amount of money you will spend here. But to each their own - it’s a beautiful hotel and the food was just ok. Nothing outside of this world. I recommend taking a taxi to downtown where all the seafood restaurants are. You’ll get fresh seafood there. Don’t buy into the catamaran either! They’ll sell you on this beautiful thing for $150 pp and next you know - you’re in line with 80 other ppl and no seats left on The catamaran. Oh and don’t spend your money in casino - you WONT win lol!

Ok people. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because you must prepare for your family for the insane prices of EVERYTHING. This place is WONDERFULL. My only complaints are as follows: The staff at the beach and park seem to get annoyed when you ask for a cup of ice or ice water, it likes bothers them for some reason. I think it was because you're not spending money. Our food bill for a family of 4 for 5 days was well over $2200.00, and that was not one alcoholic drink ordered. It is seriously Ludacris on food prices. $15.00 hotdogs, $22.00 hamburgers etc. It was disheartening when you got to spend that much just to eat. Sun block was $35.00 do bring plenty. The property is simply amazing, but they got to do something for the food prices. It's just out of control. Water park was great and the beach views were beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean and balcony view was lovely. Great place just very expensive. Be prepared to spend.

Great Property with lots of events scheduled for the guest. Very clean with nice amenities. Only one thing I would say needs improvement is the WiFi connection. I kept getting kicked off the network.

For the price of rooms- everything should be immaculate. Starting to see age as outlets are falling out of walls and bathroom pain is chipping. No full length mirror in room or vanity. This is picky but only because of price. Otherwise, hotel/beach/amenities beautiful. Would love if baha mar would have pm entertainment.
