It’s beautiful and very clean! Everyone is friendly and the food is fantastic! If you want authentic Bahamian cuisine, you will need to go off-site, but everything was great

Property was very nice, but they over charge you for amenities, food, services, etc. For example- chicken fingers (no fries) will run you $16 before VAT taxes and a service fee. We quickly learned to venture off the resort and patronage the restaurants and food vendors near by. Many vendors and services at the resort were not open (Kids Corner, the candy and ice cream store). The rooms nice since this is a new resort, but the walls are very thin. We could hear everything from the family next to us and at times it was rather annoying. The staff at the resort were excellent and very accommodating. We had a very nice vacation, but planned a lot of activities off site. I’m not sure I got my monies worth with what was available to us at the resort.

What a perfect vacation! Margaritaville Resort is new and due to covid restrictions most likely still at half occupancy so wasnt too busy. Resort property is gorgeous. Direct beach access with paddle boards, kayaks and plenty of beach chairs. Pool and waterpark with slides and surf similator are fantastic. Great restaurant choices. Do need to know. You will be charged $200 per day on credit card to use at resort. Anything unused will be returned to you. We understood this as they need to keep restaurants open. I would highly recommend!

This place just opened last year but it has problems with management I'm guessing, which trickles down to overall service issues. Understand the era we are in but for a new place, it shouldn't have problems like these - especially for the huge prices they ask for and on a holiday weekend. 1. Asked the front desk to take care of an ant problem 3 times - never resolved; also asked for pillows, which never came 2. The main dining option on property was a mess - ran out of a lot of many menu options (I had to go down the list for 3 wines until they found one for example), we waited 20 min to be waited on at the table; food quality was average - like an Applebees. They need more dining options at night given the limited options in the immediate area 3. A small but weird one - the coffee shop ran out of large cups for the weekend; never restocked. 4. After getting a spot by the pool; we were ushered away to a new area after being told they were putting cabanas there - after 3 days, they were never finished. Wouldn't recommend until they get their act together.

Stunning

Nice place

Starting with check in. This was without a doubt the most painful check in experience I have had. The front desk employee was not friendly and unhelpful with checkin. Checkin was at 4 and when we arrived there were no rooms available and we were told that they had no idea when our room would be available. This wouldn’t be such a problem but the facility is cashless and everything is suppose to be charged to the room. We asked if we could have our room number (just to charge dinner) they couldn’t provide us with that. The same young lady was extremely rude and annoyed by our simple request. So we left the hotel to find dinner after waiting a hour for a room. Please keep in mind everything closes at 5 on the island in that area. Our room was finally our room was ready around 600 pm. When we made our way to the room we discovered that we got a king bed and pull out couch when we requested 2 queens (which we paid an upgrade fee). We uncomfortable made the bed situation work. When we got into room we only had 2 towels for 4 people for 4 days. There were only 4 pillows for all of us and due to sleeping issue one person needed 2/ 3 pillows to elevate their head. Also there were no bedding on the pull out couch and nothing extra in the unit. When we tried to call front desk/ house keeping both phones in the room weren’t working. So cell phone were used causing us to pay $10 for out of country rates. We had to call twice and walk down to the front desk to receive only part

Exelent

The property managers Kara and Lenton were amazing!! The hotel was not fully open but they did everything they could to accommodate us. Staff and teams were amazing throughout the resort. Very professional and pleasant!!

i liked proximity to the tiki hut and fish fry i didnt like that it wasn't fully open so there wasnt much to do outside of 1 pool and 1 hot tub.

Must book loved everything
