The room had a very nice view of the bay, and it was walking distance from the touristic area of the island.
It was nice and clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good too
Everything was good! Breakfast, personnel, attention, service!π
I stayed in this property for one night prior to a very early morning flight. When I woke up at 3 am to take a shower, there was NO hot water. This hotel cost nearly $250.00 for ONE NIGHT. Total rip-off. When I complained upon check-out, I was told there was nothing they (the hotel) could do for me, that I'd have to take it up with Orbitz.
The property is pretty modern and up to date with standards. However since it was remodelled from an old hotel.... the rooms and bathrooms are very cramped so dont look to be impressed by space at all!! Since its close to the road and the rooms are not sound proof... the openess is going to wake you up at some nights. And lastly the water never heated up in my room after running the water for 10 mins. I only stayed one night and so I informed the front desk agent when I checked out. But overall... an ok hotel.
the bed was so very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and great shower. Not much to eat very close to property. You do have to walk a-little. Japanese food was the only one by. Pretty good but lil expencive.
I didn't like they collected $25.00 cash at check-in, arguing that the reservation was made through Orbitz.
In Front of Beach and Nest downown. Staff was nice and rooms clean.
The pictures of the property are not the same as the place it is located on Bay Street right in the middle of down town walking πΆββοΈ distance of everything Fish π Fry Straw Market and high in shopping.
family friendly, breakfast excellent, near the beaches, rooms clean, staff outstanding, special complements goes to The manager and executive chef who prepared the complimentary breakfast, Great Job.
The staff, both front desk and housekeeping, made this hotel stand out. They're friendly and accommodating, a pleasure to encounter at all times. My principal issue was the charging of a DAILY DEPOSIT and "CLEANING FEE" , which I didn't discover until I had booked the trip. The deposit was returned promptly; I still question these "add-ons", especially when I'm paying in advance.
Plus side, just across from the beach with multiple vendor and very close to downtown. Downside, its REALLY loud and you are on a busy street. Our AC must have had a fan loose because it rattled anytime it came on which got annoying. The room got really humid and stuffy too, the air didnt seem to filter well without us opening a window. We thought the bed "felt" comfortable but we both didnt actually sleep very comfortably on it. We both agree it was too soft.
Excellent location, walking distance to downtown Nassau and the Fish Fry.
Nice hotel but to many resorts fee, i paid $567 more when checking just for extras fees.
Nice and clean a change of breakfast menu would have been nice to have.
