It was waterfront. I definitely wont be recommending it to anyone.

The property has the potential to be really nice but everything is falling apart. The tile that lines the pool is falling off and the pool and hot tub are not maintained, murky and dirty. Trash isn't picked up, fresh towels weren't available, our room wouldn't lock properly and the shower didn't work. There is trash and junk piled up everywhere, it's just kind of sad, really.

My husband and my son were there and they love the place!

disrepair in many locations of the property in need of TLC. Coffee maker in room mold growing in it. Requested another one. Ran out of coffee for room on day #2 we had to go buy our own. Meals were nil to nothing. Told we could order dinner night we arrived, told then only chicken wings available, then later told ok you can get a burger and fries. Staff moves if you tip well, if not then they cant be found or they are shuttling other guests to the airport while on duty at the hotel to make extra money. Staff is very unhappy comments from all staff not happy with management. Swimming pool in def need of shocking and deep cleaning. Bathrooms overflowing w/garbage. Menu items not available all the time why give a menu if you cant' order from it. I was so excited to check this place out and very disappointed with how this place is run. Marley's need to take this back over and get this place in ship shape. It's a shame to the Marley name!

Great Staff, everyone is very helpful. Food is great !

The pictures lie! This place is pretty bad. We showed up to check in and there was no one at the "front desk" area/room. The place was a ghost town besides two other couples watching old re-runs of Bob Marley videos. We had to ask them where to check in to get into our room. We finally found someone at the bar (who was very nice) but she started checking us in and couldn't find our reservation. We then waited while she got some other guy? No idea who this guy is but he couldn't find it either then hit refresh on his computer and we popped up? It was really weird and unsettling. They took our bags to our room and gave us a tour. The pools were dirty and cloudy, there was a stack of 4 dirty towels that look like they've been rained on for 5 years and some used sunscreen in the dirt. Tables and chairs were strangely placed everywhere and it overall didn't feel welcoming or safe from the beginning. We then got to our room and the bed had a stained pilly fleece sheet as a comforter, 1/2 used toilet paper roll placed ON TOP of a fresh roll. Strange decor and the towels in the bathroom had stains on them. We could hear commotion outside and a man was running away from a car as if he was being chased. We decided to book another hotel room and left. We gave our key back to the bartender who called us a cab (she was really really nice) but it seemed like no one worked there, no one was around and overall terrible experience. Won't refund us because "we never gave the key back," lies.

This place is a true Bahamian resort. If you want to relax away from the downtown area then this is the place. It's across the street from pizza and the grocery store. The bar is fun and the pools are great, located right on the beach. The resort is older style which gives it the class it deserves. We have stayed at a lot of resorts on the Island and we are definitely coming back to this one. Well worth the price.

Rooms had dirty furniture. Room smelled moldy and musty.

Great staff , hotel could use a real Maintance man small things like tiles falling off in the pool and they were having to add water to on pool all day because it leak so bad . You can see he never came into the rooms at all to fix the small stuff like no hot water at all. Wire from pool light was hanging out of the light into the water . If you don’t teach them how to do the work it never get done the way it should. Sorry I’m a contractor and I see this stuff 😎 but after all said and done we would stay again it’s a great place and away from all the people

fortunately, we just spent one night. the hot water wasn't work well in our room and the rain had seriously impacted the water quality of the pool.

Other than you're a huge fan of Bob Marley, check out the other amazing hotels in Nassau.

Wonderful! The food was excllent and we hope to come back. We love the set up, decoration and low key compared those high rised or " malls".

Close to beach quiet. Not a lot people but the room was dirty dusty they didn't clean up each day only gave towels but we had to asked the water was salty so I use bottles water to brush my teeth and wash my hair and ut had a fishy smell to the water

Beautiful beach but lacked service and they should probably remove "resort" from the hotel title.

The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving but the staff and privacy make up for it. If you're looking for a quiet destination with a lot of character I suggest you check out the Marley. The rooms were clean. The food was great. Weather, out of their control, was good, a little windy on first two days but then things settled down. Within walking distance of Starbucks, local grocery store, and fast food. Both far and close enough away from downtown.

Decent hotel, close to the beach. Away from downtown and the crowd but within easy commute. Staff very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Grounds are nice and tropical. Room finishing could do with some improvement especially if you are picky and not well travelled or adventurous. eg if you would panick in seeing a bug :)

Cold running water in the shower. Room felt like we were in a dungeon...no light coming through. Two bulbs were blown out. There was used soap in the shower which proves that no one cleaned the bathroom the day we arrived. The jacuzzi had no water in it. $30 for sub par breakfast (highway robbery). The worst experience ever.

This place is magical if you want to unwind and chill this is the place very clean great food, staff is wonderful the beach was amazing my husband and I definitely will be returning back
