nice place, not soo busy like Baha Bay or Atlantis. Would've been nice to have a hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. Staff was wonderful, rooms were nice, clean. great service all around. everyone very friendly and accomodating
Beautiful property, friendly staff. We were greeted by every staff member we saw. Infinity pool overlooking ocean. We enjoyed the coffee bar each morning and ate at the restaurant a couple nights. Food was wonderful. It is walking distance to Baha Mar, but that place was too hopping for us. Local beach next door where they rent jet skis. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax Goldwynn is perfect
This is not a real hotel, it's more like a condo with some rooms for guests to stay in. Our safety box wasn't working, so we called 3 times and they didn't fix it. There was a note in the room about two complimentary water bottles that can be refilled. We did not find the bottles, called and they said they ran out of them, but they would give us 2 free water bottles. Bottles never came. Only one restaurant, good but overpriced like everything in the area. Late checkout was not available but we were under the impression that no efforts were made to help us. Next time we will explore Baha.

This place opened in February so it is sparkling new! The staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is thoughtful and clean. I loved the convenience of the kitchenette which was well-appointed should you ever desire to cook. The gym was well-outfitted, although it would have been nice if it was beach facing. This place feels exclusive and special. If you’re looking for a serene, immaculate and tranquil place without the elbow to elbow crowds, this is it! The biggest issue I had was that, although they promote 3 restaurants, they all came from the same kitchen. That would’ve been fine, but I only enjoyed 1 of the 5 meals that I had there! It was little food, for a lot of money that was simply not that good. The Orbitz credit made this less maddening. Thankfully, I was able to go next door to the BahaMar to get a well- proportioned, delicious meal at a similar price. Overall, I highly recommend the Goldwynn for the serenity, spotlessness and service; just order out.
The property was wonderful. The only issue I had was when I booked it was advertised that I would get a $100.00 credit a day towards food and beverage I never received it and phone before I left and sent an email as well no response. I spoke to 2 people at front desk and they said they would look into it. As I was leaving I was told it was RBC Avion?Expedia issue.
