When we booked a room we booked a resort view unfortunately we ended up on the first floor in room 127 the only view we had of the resort was ship lack boarding on both sides and thick brush. We had zero view of the property. Our friends that we booked the hotel with had a 10th floor room and a much better view than we had. Unfortunately our keys did not work to the room we had to go back to the Front desk to have them reprogrammed. Also make sure to double check your bill we had a few missed charges on our bill that we did not purchase. We did notify the staff and they did make the correction and apologize for the errors. The cleaning staff does do a great job. Just a small issue dirty rags were left in our room the cleaning staff did come back for them.

My wife and I recently traveled to the Bahamas for our honeymoon and stayed at the Rosewood Baha Mar. All I can say is they gave us a WOW experience. We have never been to a resort that gave us such an amazing experience like the way Rosewood did. From the employees, to the cleanliness, to the services they provide, etc. The resort was so clean and beautiful. The restaurants were amazing and delicious. The pools and beach were so amazing. The beach has rosewood servers providing a excellent service. I recommend anyone visiting Bahamas to go to Rosewood. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.
I found the hotel to be fantastic. The team who provided service at each of the pools, the beach, the bars and the restaurants were attentive and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

While some of the staff was great, others were rude/apathetic. Called our first day about a leak in the shower door that would create a big puddle outside the shower after each use. They said they'd immediately have it fixed while we were out to lunch. It never was fixed the 6 days we were there. Two of the nights the neighbor in the room next to us had a super loud party. We would call front desk just after midnight as we were trying to be reasonable with the noise but we felt that after midnight we needed to sleep (after all this was a baby moon to get lots of rest without our two kids). The security took forever and had to come four times over a two hour period before they finally left the room I believe which left things quiet so that we could sleep. We could hear security talk to them each time and they would make it sound like it was a big deal at all but to just lower the music a bit as their next door neighbor (us) were complaining...as if we were just overly sensitive. The second night was pretty much all the same and eventually front desk said they could move us to another room. My pregnant wife all ready for bed and completely unpacked as we were staying 6 days there...they wanted us to pack up and move rooms at 1:00 in the morning. They said they didn't want to move the other people because they were checking out the next day (only stayed the two nights). Never once received an apology or anything. Kind of ruined 2 of our days as we were really tired each day.
