The check in agent at O’Hare was very helpful in finding seats for my wife and I so that we could sit together.

For UNITED AIRLINES - The Kiosk interface at the airport is a little clunky. I realize it has been around for a while. Compared to some other airlines (Southwest / American), it is less user-friendly. It takes longer to get going. It has similar feel/look as other airlines, but it is not as easy. I was watching people this morning. It took people more time that it should have to get going on the kiosk. “Log-in” / finding your flight was for some reason harder. The initial question about what airport you were going to was poorly written. Make it simple - “What is your destination?” The question was ambiguous. Not obvious if it was your connecting airport or the final airport.

Why did I have to check my carryon and pay $25? Seems ridiculous to me. Otherwise the flight was good.
