During my visit for my 7th wedding anniversary, I found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. However, it is worth noting that the hotel lacks modern amenities and requires significant improvement. On a positive note, the dining experience was superb. I would suggest that the hotel consider enhancing its entertainment offerings, as the current options are lacking. This deficiency in entertainment detracts from the overall guest experience, and improvements are warranted. In light of these considerations, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel as a worthwhile investment. For those seeking a more fulfilling experience, I would suggest exploring alternative accommodations, such as the other hotels located on Paradise Island.

I went to Nassau for my birthday and stayed at this property. I have very mixed feelings about staying here. Let me start with the good things first, the staff was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Literally EVERYONE was so incredibly nice. The drinks although sweet were pretty good and strong. I chose this property because it was all-inclusive and adult only. However, this is by far the smallest resort I have ever stayed at and the food options are very limited. The food wasn’t horrible but it was just okay it got the job done, I actually really enjoyed the buffet and we only got to try 2 of the restaurants and 1 of them we went to twice because I believe the others were closed. The hotel room itself was nice but the bathroom was my biggest issue, it was tiny and the tub/shower was HORRIBLE! They should really consider renovating the tub because that alone almost ruined my stay. The tub was peeling there was an off white non-slip mat in the shower that grossed me out because how many people have been showering on this mat? The mat was also covering the bubbled up peeling of the tub which also grossed me out. I didn’t bring shower shoes so I literally wore my water shoes in the shower because I refused to be barefoot in there. Also the water in both the shower and sink smelled like ocean water and not in a good way but oddly I eventually got used to it because I had no choice I had to shower, wash my hands and brush my teeth. I won’t be returning here but huge thanks to the amazing Staff.

I know that 18 is technically an adult but to have 80-100 18/19/20 year olds running around, drinking and acting like the hotel is a playground is not what I envisioned an "adults only" resort would be. They were never told to quiet down or act respectfully. They took over the eating areas, the bars, everywhere. The "real" adults were not allowed a quiet time with them around. I went there for some quiet time and found myself leaving the resort to find some peace and quiet.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful and everyone was so nice and went above and beyond. Our only issue was as a vegan there was really no options for food, there was a few small sides at the buffet but at the restaurants there was nothing. Also be prepared there are a lot of college kids - it didn’t bother us but sometimes when we were going to sleep we could hear them through the window. Besides that the hotel was beautiful, there is a shuttle to cabbage beach every 30 minutes and the pool area is beautiful.

Mostly good
Great food! I was so happy everything had flavor and wasn't bland for the masses. (We ate everywhere except the steak house because I'm a vegetarian - lots of great veggie options everywhere else!) Room was fine, odd view of a lot with dumpsters but we really only slept in the room so not a huge deal. Most of the staff was really friendly. No one asked us how our stay was when we checked out so had to leave the below in the review: Unfortunately we did have one pretty major complaint: on day two, 76(!) high school graduates showed up and ruined everything they touched. They were so loud (literally screaming), splashing in the pool, running in the halls, and being belligerent. I know in the Bahamas 18-year-olds are adults, but we chose an adults only all inclusive to avoid this type of juvenile behavior. They had some day trips and we left for a wedding at a different resort one day but I would say two days and two nights were basically ruined. I hope management never lets Grad City back, or requires them to rent out the whole resort next time so it doesn't ruin the experience for others.

The property and the employees were very good. Unfortunately, the management allowed 100 young people to descend on the hotel and take over the property. The last three nights we were there, we couldn't sleep. These "young people" were racing on the hallways, playing very loud music and screaming at each other. In the morning, before leaving our rooms, we had to make sure not to step on vomit. If we called the front desk, nobody answered. It is very disturbing to witness this behavior, and the hotel tolerating it.
