Staffs were so friendly and helpful service was wonderful. Room were very clean

Pool was nice and shopette was convenient. Good location.

Dated furniture, poor lukewarm anemic attitudes. Breakfast next morning was horrific. I should have just drank water and left. There was barely anyone there. Place looked deserted and the kitchen staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there. I won’t be going there any time soon.

Restaurant was not open for dinner. Parking was awful and had no hot water.

2 pools available, spacious rooms, somewhat possibility to have breakfast and lunch at a small local place (no dinner available). If you prefer hidden property within Paradise Island with no direct beach access, then this is the one at a good price...

We travel frequently to Nassau, we always stay at Bay View Suites. Always clean and comfortable with friendly staff

The stay was just an overnight stay. Overall, the room was very nice. The only concerns that I had, was the tub in the bathroom, and there was no curtain up to the window in the kitchen. When I stepped in the bathtub to take my shower, I thought that I was going to fall through the bathtub - I didn’t feel safe in the tub at all.

I spent 6 nights at the Bay View Suites on my first trip to the Bahamas. On the first night, I arrived around 11pm by taxi and was greeted by the 24/7 staff guarding the only entrance who kindly took me to my room. On the next day, I checked in at the office with Sandra. I had spoken to her on the phone before coming and she was very professional and helpful. Alfred, another staff member, was also very kind and helped me when Sandra was unavailable. The room, although slightly outdated, was clean, had nice AC, and a fully stocked kitchen/bathroom. The room service was also great. The restaurant and mini mart on premise were open 8am-4pm, but the food options were not so good. Mostly prepackaged/canned food/snack/drinks and no fruit. The property itself was quite safe, quiet, and peaceful. Some families seemed to be staying there long term. There were 3 pools, a tennis court, and a beautiful landscaping with flowers and palm trees. Also, thought I should mention an exceptional staff member here: Sandra. Throughout my stay, Sandra was extremely helpful, patiently answering my questions and explaining things to do in the Bahamas with my best interests in mind. Sandra tried to even save me money when recommending transportation, places to go to get better deals, and even going with me one day to help buy things at the best price. Sandra is perhaps the most helpful hotel person I have met across the world and I definitely recommend staying here to get service from her; in f

Nothing to brag about. No shampoo or conditioner. No iron, microwave, stove, dishes or silverware. Had to eat my cereal out of a plastic glass with my fingers. Just a basic hotel. On a channel, so a "water view". Had a bar/ restaurant on site. Overall a C. Wouldn't spend my vacation there, but good for a day or two or a business trip.

Great location in regards to island activities but hotel is very out gated and towels were dirty.

Beautiful hotel ! I was very satisfied to stay , lovely place! I am recommend to everyone.

I enjoyed the staff. They were pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. My suite was large and more like an apartment than hotel room. Guest were amazingly friendly and enjoyed conversation. The hotel is very close to Atlantis, less than a 10 minute walk. The only issue is the WiFi is sketchy at best. Overall, I would stay again if the price becomes a bit more affordable.

We stayed in a 2BR townhouse which was fabulous, we felt right at home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning again soon.

The experience with this hotel was good. We walked around everywhere, its not on the beach but close enough to walk. Would perfer to stay closer to the beaches and restaurants. Its quite and peaceful at this hotel.

Good location and reasonable prices. 10 mins walk to the beach.

Nice hotel. Looks and feels more like a townhouse. Has a kitchen and living room. You get checked in by the security guard which I found was odd.. overall good place.

I love the room setting, location, walking distance to Atlantis, clean, good pool.

Very comfortable and friendly with 2 beautiful pools. Very good security. The open air cafe was casual and the food very good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice, good location, staff hard to find, spacious, not updated
