The staff in the office were VERY stand offish... we ALWAYS felt as if we were putting them out with any and all questions about activities on the island or abroad. You will need to drink bottled water and, although they sell it there, you have to buy it at the office from these people who have to actually get out of their chair to get it for you, boohoo!!! Beautiful place otherwise,great pool and right on the ocean!
