Everything was great! Please keep in mind there might be a few things closed after cruise people leaves. They close the pools bars, some restaurants. But the hotel was amazing, the food was great and everything was really clean.

This was one of the worst resort experiences I have ever had. The service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, disrespectful, extremely slow, and completely uninterested in helping guests. From the doorman to the restaurant employees, almost no one showed basic courtesy or even responded when we greeted them. Our room was not serviced, our towels were not replaced, and we had to keep asking for things that should have been handled automatically. The food was terrible, and even basic juices and drinks were ridiculously overpriced. For a resort in the Bahamas charging these kinds of prices, the service and hospitality were completely unacceptable. Beautiful surroundings cannot make up for rude employees, terrible food, poor housekeeping, and a total lack of customer care. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid wasting their money at this resort.
