As a privately managed condo, you will be greeted by my local manager Mr. Nate Hanna. Nate was born and raised in Bimini, so he knows everything there is to know about the island. He is a very warm and friendly person that will be able to assist you with all your needs. Whether it be restaurant recommendations, dive/fishing tours, or golf cart rentals, Nate will be more than happy to provide you with the best advice to make your experience a truly memorable one. As a side job he also operates a Bimini Bread bakery. Bimini Bread truly is a local treat and his bakery is one of the most popular on the island.
Brand New MARINA SLIP installed in summer of 2018 is located in the center row (Tuna Dock) at the Fisherman's Village Marina, is AVAILABEL TO RENT SEPERATELY. This slip is the first of the 40' slips at the end of the dock (inside of the T-dock), making it very easy to get in and out and also provides great views of the bay. Since its located on the T-dock it has the extra wide deck, twice as wide as all the interior slips, making it a great area for bay fishing or just setting up chairs and enjoying the awesome peace and tranquility of the bay.
The rate for the slip varies depending on size of boat and season. If interested, I strongly recommend reserving at same time as condo rental. Reason being that slips are high demand items especially in the summer. Not uncommon for marina to sell out on weekends during that time. The actual Slip reservation is processed by the onsite marina office. The way that it works is I provide them with your contact information along with dates of reservation and boat size. They will then contact you via email for payment information as well as provide you with confirmation number once slip reservation is secured.
The Fisherman's Village is home to the resort's retail marketplace offering a variety of restaurants, stores and amenities, including a fitness center and ‘The Healing Hole’, an open-air sports bar providing guests with an array of cold beverages, casual cuisine, Barbecue, and live entertainment.
