I would give this resort a 3.5 stars. Rooms need to be updated the front door looked like it was kick in on side.bathroom shower had mold around the glass. Check in was terrible check in is at 3 pm our room is not ready until 6 PM. Three hour wait for a check-in is ridiculous. The staff was very friendly the all-inclusive restaurants and they’re all closed two days a week, but you have to check on when those days are to make reservations somewhere else in the complex.

The eating options were extremely limited. You can take a taxi to eat offsite but the taxis are expensive. The property itself is beautiful, very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Let me start off by saying I would not stay in this hotel again if someone paid me. Yes it was that bad. Upon booking my room I chose an ocean view room, when I went out on the balcony it was a partial ocean view, & right outside was the kids play area (which I was not happy about) when I called down to see about switching my room they said they didn’t have any available at the moment & would follow up with me the next day but never did. Then my room was right by the stairwell with the exit & the alarm kept going off during the night. I had to go to guest services and it wasn’t until two days prior to me checking out that they switched my room. My first room, the tub was dirty, the sheets was dirty. Then in the second room, everything was dirty. The food at the buffet was less than satisfactory. The portions sizes at the steakhouse were very small. The drinks were terrible.The app needed to make reservations for restaurants didn’t work. The only positive thing is the staff was nice. After speaking with other guest & people outside of the resort it was recommended to stay at Sandals the next time I come to St.Lucia.

My room was missing a few essential items that supposed to be in there. It was rusted spots in the shower. Do not book the Culinary Experience majority of the 7 entrees we received were food we could have gotten from the buffet. Literally one of the meals was a tequila infused pineapple. What kind of entree is that? When we expressed our concerns the staff just brushed us off and said the menu is up to the chef but we was told there would be steak, lamb, fish, and etc but that was a lie. That was $115 down the drain.

Room has some signs of wear and tear. Staff is very friendly. The one thing that is not good is the Culinary Experience. Please don’t waste your money on this experience, as the dishes served is something you can get from the buffet restaurant.

A lot of the staff did not seem courteous. More so, the younger interns. They lack customer service, interaction with individuals. The check in process could be a lot better. They need to have more individuals at the check in desk to assist. After a long day of travel, I stood in line way too long to check in about 45 mins. Also, be careful booking excursions through their services. They seem to be overbooking and then giving false reasons as to why they canceled you the morning of. They cancel but they don't allot a transfer of what you paid to go towards a new excursion. you have to wait 7-10 days for a credit and you have to rebook a new excursion. We would never book excursions through them again. I would rather pay the locals or someone else. My room was just ok. Nothing seemed to work properly. The Shower head was broken and would not stay in place, the ceiling fan button was broken so we couldn't turn the fan off or down. Service did a temporary fix and said that someone would come the next day to fix and they never did. The coffee pot wasn't working. A lot of little things that they seem to not check or fix properly. I wouldn't stay at this resort for these reasons. Too many minor issues for the cost. However, Saint Lucia is a beautiful place.

For example their martini bar ran out of olives and vodka. and liquor, Food was prepared with described ingredients, room was poorly maintained, furniture was terrible, in fact the chair supplied for the makeup mirror was so low, even 2 pillows didnt work for my 5 ft 9 in wife, the sraff didnt seam that they wanted to be working, or were not happy working for the hotel. St Lucia is a lovely island, just stay away from this resort.

The pools were quite clean as was the beach. Room service was very poor. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Food was good - good variety, enough vegetarian options, lots of good fruits and coffee
