Resort was great however it needs more. 1. More towels or a towel card system. 2. Brendon at the dips pool bar was amazing. 3. They need to stock up on drinks. 4. Get some mango daiquiri options. 5. Most important: the fake bird noises at night need to stop. Those are so loud and irritating it makes it so hard to go to sleep.

Gorgeous scenery but the staff is less than friendly and had no desire to serve you. Our mini fridge was never restocked and I had to search for water. I often spent more than 10 minutes watching servers avoid working. Overall the resort was short staff and was reflected in the stay and staff alike. Don’t bother going to breakfast, it was never stocked and staff for water and coffee had to be asked multiple times

It was a great experience however some things such be addressed such as condition of elevator, breakfast quality and lack of vegetarian options was disappointing. We stayed in rooms 4302 and 4403 and it was comfortable and clean. It won’t deter us from ever returning in the future.

i went solo at the end of sept. thru oct. not much entertainment during the day, pool games etc. entertainment at night was ok. i felt very safe and welcomed, the island is beautiful. there’s vendors on the beach you can book to jet ski and ride horses which was very nice. excursions are a must.

I would rate this property as below average. While the general areas were clean, the drapes in my room were not. The white/beige sofa in the room was noticeably dirty and in need of cleaning. I couldn’t sit on it. Additionally, the elevators were not working, so we had to use the service elevator throughout our stay. On one occasion, we went to the pool and were told there were no beach towels available. The staff member said we would have to wait two hours until more came back from the laundry. Overall, the staff could benefit from customer service training.

This resort has the potential to be 5 stars and is one of the best properties I have ever been to (layout, size, views) but unfortunately management is horrible and that attitude rolls down to half of the employees. The manager Neil needs a basic lesson at customer service and the amount of eye rolls we received from servers was astonishing. In the airport we needed up chatting with another couple and when they found out we were at the Royalton as well they asked us “so what was your experience like?” and after we responded with the comments above they said their experience was the exact same and that is the only comment they’ve heard from every other guest they talked to. Marriott - I highly recommend you start paying attention to the comments on every site… it’s the same theme every time. Beautiful resort, horrible management!

Staff were very friendly! The resort did run out of towels, napkins, and ketchup while I was there. The coffee machine in my room didn’t work, neither did the stopper in the tub for me to enjoy a bubble bath. Overall though, nice resort and very friendly staff.

This property is very nice but dinning options are limited. It’s was my wife’s birthday and they don’t have steaks . I had to pay $65 dollars. They didn’t have seafood. But when you check the menu it’s there for sale. This was very unfair to travelers who came to enjoy the food and beauty of St Lucia. I wouldn’t recommend base of the dinning options. From the airport to the resort is 1 hour 40 minutes. Just after a 4 hours flight and you guys served basic food. Management needs to do better
