The rooms were unkempt. The restaurant service was slow and many food on the menu was not available. We went to one restaurant that was booked and it was closed. Likes were that the staff on the beach were wonderful and the island is beautiful.

The resort itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the experience wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been. The staff was not very friendly, which made the stay less welcoming. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up, but unfortunately, they were not very clean and also felt uncomfortably hot. On the positive side, the pool and bar areas were very nice and relaxing, though the drink options could definitely be improved. Overall, a gorgeous property but with disappointing service and room upkeep.

I’ve been dying to stay at a Royalton so booked the St Lucia one it looked so pretty via pics . I’m 50\50 about it , the food was good although the last three days of my stay I’ve had a terrible stomachache. The rooms were outdated, molded & barely cleaned by the cleaning ppl despite them coming to clean everyday for about 5 mins . The pools were nice but empty, no staff members by the pool to encourage vibes & the music volume was either on 0 or 4 the whole time . We waiting 1 hour to check in on line because there were short staffed at front desk after a 4.5 hour flight & 1 hour 45 mins drive from the airport . The staff was friendly & nice, made you feel welcomed . I will not be booking another Royalton stay or going back to St Lucia but this stay was okay for my husband & 17 month old daughter . I’d give it a 6-7 out of 10 .

The property itself is very beautiful and our room was very spacious. However, the beach chairs by the pool and on the beach could use a refresh, they were quite dirty with stains. Unfortunately we only had housekeeping come to our room once during the whole stay, during which time she took the towels in our room without replacing them and that was a hassle to get them replaced. Service and staff are also a hit or miss. Some of the staff are great, really friendly and go out of their way to help you, while others gave me attitude for asking a question. The service in the buffet is also quite slow, some days I just ended up going to the cafe for a coffee because I couldn't get one at breakfast.

St Lucia is a beautiful place to vacation however the staff at the hotel was not accommodating. There were ants in my room. The plugs were not working. I needed to have my safe replaced. There were no towels by the pool. The dining experience was not good. The restaurants had no reservations available and were closed most days. Overall I wouldn’t stay in this hotel ever again and would not recommend it.

This could be an outstanding property if money was spent on upgrades and proper training and etiquette is provided to the Management Team and Staff. There is no sense of urgency for addressing your needs. We arrived to the property at 5pm. We had an awful day one experience and didn’t not get into one of the rooms until after 8pm and customer service did not make the issue any better. After meeting with the General Manager, our experience was turned around. We were able to enjoy complimentary dinner for 2 nights, one being a private dinner on the beach. This was soooo amazing and one of the highlights of the trip. The water and views at sunset was top tier. There was plenty of restaurants and food options on the resort. The entertainment was nice but I especially enjoyed the White Party. If the recommended changes to Management and Staff are provided and they make upgrades to the elevators, I would visit this resort again. Jazz went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and Prosperity was so pleasant. Thank you!

A HUGE let down

Deshawn the bartender and Marvin from the Sports Bar were the best parts of this resort other than that, stay somewhere else. For an all inclusive resort, this was SEVERELY disappointing. I’ve stayed at multiple and have never had such a bad experience. The food options are limited yes but the hours of operation for what is open makes no sense. From 3-4 pm all you have to eat is a food truck and they run out of food EVERY DAY. The service was terrible, every single employee had an attitude. They seem like they come to work to play around and talk. And some of the workers are inappropriate and try to make passes at you EVERY DAY. Also the STEAKHOUSE ran out of STEAK. And you can barely even get a reservation to anything outside of the buffet. Then once the buffet closes all you have is the sports bars and the sports bar only serve hamburgers onion rings and hotdogs until after 11 pm ….. because that makes sense right? The bars/pool area bars closed EARLY EVERYDAY. The bartenders lie about being closed or closed early to be lazy. Also why doesn’t anybody on the resort know what they’re talking about??? You ask someone one thing and get a completely different answer from someone else… EVERYBODY we talked to felt the same way as us so we felt very validated knowing this was a collective disappointment. Please do better Royalton St Lucia.

Resort was pretty good, staff was excellent, the only issue for me is that I was given a $300 resort credit from Expedia which no one informed me about during check-in so I was not able to used it. Also I was told by one receptionist that I was supposed to get a bottle of liquor as a courtesy for booking thru Expedia and it would be bought to my room, 2 days passed no bottle came so I went back to the front desk where I was then told that no bottle was supposed to be given to me. Very confusing
