I had an overall great stay at the Harbor Club (six nights), but I would recommend / advise the following: -The pillows were horrible- some sort of rolled foam concoction -Stay away from rooms on the sides of the hotel as the road noise is quite audible -Add a trashcan in the lobby (the closest one is outside near the bell hop area) -Advertise that you do currency exchange -Lower the prices in your spa- even for hotel spas, they are absurdly expensive
Keiya gave me the most amazing massage I've had in a long time, her hospitality was amazing and the energy of the space was calm and relaxing. I feel very lightweight and relaxed now that I've had this massage! Great job!
Loved the location of this hotel and how well i was treated by the staff. My room allowed me to watch the sunset and it was one of the best things about being at this hotel. The rooms were well kept and the bathroom facilities were also awesome especially loved the smell of the shower gel, lotion and other stuff. The modern lighting which allowed me to dim the lights was also an excellent addition.
Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Especially loved the blue lights around the bed that turn on when you step out of bed onto the floor. No night lights needed. Staff was extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. Great place to stay!
This was a birthday surprise getaway from my boyfriend to me but apart from that everything was great. The service, the restaurants, the people, the amenities, the area, the view from my room was a Killer, the treatment I personally received. The best part it had a free shuttle to another island called Pigeon Island, which was a really nice experience but book early and be on time. It took too long for us to get going because of some people which we didn't spend much time on the island. There was a small restaurent or shop the food was okay but we enjoyed the time there. We took an island tour of St Lucia and we met Elias, he's the greatest tour guy we ever met. Everyone knew him and he knew everything. We felt like a family. St. Lucia is so beautiful. The food in the hotel was very nice and the service was top class. Very respectful staff and very knowledgeable. We work in the Hospitality industry so this is a very well worthy review. I wish I knew the names from head but everyone was so nice. I loved the pool. There was no beach which is fine for us but as I said there is the shuttle to the beach on the Pigeon island. The hotel was newly built or renovated or something like that because it was extremely clean and up-to-date on everything. There were some work being done around but it wasn't a bother at all, very discreet. The price for food wasn't bad. Everything tasted good even the ice cream. We would definitely without a doubt be back and stay there. Matter of fact we didn't even want to leave. My boyfriend loved the gym. We didn't get to use the spa but I believe everywhere spas are expensive. Walking distance Shops and restaurants are around the hotel which was a good thing. The room was very very nice. The hotel is very nice in term of technology as well. I found out that the hotel stay was for me, expensive. It wasn't that far from the airport.
What a shame the pastry chef resigned and the wonderful Brioches are no more!! Why can’t management leave things that are a success alone!! Over the past 9 months l have been a regular customer and was very disappointed with recent changes. The girls continue to be a delight
A very modern and urban style hotel with great amenities throughout. The rooms are airy and just amazing views of the harbor. Wonderful and friendly staff created an incredible atmosphere. A variety of cuisine with fine dining restaurants, pizza and bar areas. There’s also a sushi bar and an amazing coffee cafe with the best coffee and delicacies. The hotel isn’t beach front but there’s a boat available that takes guests over to one of the best beaches and site where you can even hike at pigeon island beach. The hotels interior and design is just amazing throughout!!
The title says it all.. from the moment I left the airport I was received by staff who were friendly and were free to tell as much of their beautiful island. I had a room on the fifth floor viewing the bay and sea.. ❤
Just returned from a fabulous 10 night stay at the Harbor Club! Beautiful hotel, great pool, lovely room, wonderful staff.. could not praise this hotel highly enough. Ask for the bar man Brent and try a 'Brent Special' rum punch cocktail, you will not be dissapointed! Try the Sushi Bar with the wonderful Ricardo, our first Sushi experience and Ricardo was just the best! The most deliscious pizzas are also served at the hotel, you will be impressed. Really fun courtesy boat trips from the hotel to Pigeon Island with Stewart at the helm. The staff are a credit to this hotel and felt like family by the end of our stay. Enjoy!!
Came back to the island where I was married to celebrate a 25th Wedding Anniversary. The initial room we were allocated with was good but the view was facing in land. my wife preferred a view facing marina. After speaking to the front desk we were quickly allocated another room on the 4th floor with an excellent view of the Marina and swimming pools. We paid for half board and the food was excellent and plentiful. If you want to sample local food, then the staff were always accommodating and tried to satisfy requests the following day or as soon as possible. (Hotel please note!! that not all guests want to eat European food - local food needs to on the menu for those who want to experience real Caribbean cuisine). I would like to say that the music played throughout the hotel is not your boring elevator music. The songs have been carefully selected and made the stay even more pleasurable. There is a bakery on site and the and we ordered two Banana breads . Lets just say that they didn't last long!!!! Like to thank Spencer, Sarah & Yasmin (Chef) for their professionalism and making feels so welcome and special every morning for breakfast. Not forgetting LeBron in the the Pizza Hut for making us an excellent Pizza, on the first evening at the hotel, after a long flight and journey from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at the Harbour Club and it is a place where we would stay again. The rooms are new and modern and the cleaners do a grand job.
