The pools are undeniably scenic, but the experience is hindered by missing tiles, which caused deep scratches on my kids’ first day. Additionally, pool towels are rarely stocked, requiring repeated requests with long wait times. While the poolside drinks are a nice touch, the happy hour pricing is inconsistent—charging full price for a non-alcoholic daiquiri makes little sense.
