My husband and I spent our wedding night here. We truly appreciated the warm reception and accommodation in getting us checked in and comfortably settling into our room. The room technology is quite impressive and seeks to make luxury easy and convenient. The room was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our short stay.

First of all my room smell like mildew in the whole hallway that led to my room smell like mildew the first floor going into the dining facility smell like mildew. In fact, I believe the whole facility smelled like mildew. It was very, very pretty. The pool was beautiful facility looked really nice but it just smelt like mildew. I couldn’t get past that. It woke me up at night. I couldn’t sleep due to the smell the next day. I changed my room and the lady at the front desk was very good. I forgot her name, but she was very good. The Bar Tender Quincy needs to be fired. His attitude was unacceptable. Serving rum punch that was made early in the morning at $11 and didn’t give a damn what it taste like. I had to leave it sitting on the counter, it was so bad. Plus he act like he did not want to work so I think he should probably find another job All of the other staff were very nice

To no fault of the property, the neighbors were very loud moving and dragging furniture all night for 2 straight nights. My swim out pool was cloudy and there was mildew between the tiles in there. There were no pool towels in my swim out room!! Plus we were already at our car heading to the beach when someone asked us to bring the pool towels back to replace them with excursion towels. UNBELIEVABLE!!! What's with the towels????

Good Vacation Spot

The front desk staff were awesome. We had a special situation that arose and they handled it very professionally. The outcome was favorable. The amenities were somewhat mediocre for a Hilton Hotel and It was a bit pricy for the room selection we had. The location was good. easy to get to shops and restaurants. St. Lucia is very expensive as a hold.
