The view at the property was very nice. The rooms are outdated but clean. The buildings are on very steep hills and if you can't walk very well or are older you have to request a golf cart to pick you up which sometimes took very long for them to respond.

I’m a fussy eater and I would say there were only 2dinners that I really liked. The desserts were very good.

This was our second time at St. James Morgan Bay in 10 months. The updates that took place since we were there the first time were remarkable. The only thing I'd like to see change is the amount of birds in The Palms. They actually ate off my plate while I was eating. The staff continue to be top notch! Other than that, we loved our stay and your gorgeous country!

I liked that the beach was there. I didn't like that there weren't sockets to charge my phone that's too outdated in the rooms. The staff were excellent always friendly !!!

Property is old and outdated. The air conditioner in our room was working poorly. They sent someone to fix but it made no diffeerence after a couple of days it started leaking and a huge puddle formed near the door causing a slipping hazard. We reported this and nothing was done. Also the shower drain drauined slowly so whenever you took a shower after a few minutes the water would be up to your ankles. You could tell this was going on for a long time because there was a water ring nearv the bottom of the tub where the water rose to. Another thing they refused to fix. The worst part was the resort was not even half full they could of easily relocated us to another room. Also the food was horrible probably the worst out of all the resorts i have been to

We totally enjoyed the water sports. We took one of the Hobie Cats out at least twice every day! The beach was very clean, the staff VERY kind and friendly. It was small enough so that we saw the same people every day and made some great friends. The rooms are very simple, but clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Very Beautiful beach and atmosphere. Food was very good. Staff was mostly very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Great drinks at bars! Pools are too warm. Rooms need a little update. Maybe more AC areas for dining in restaurants.

The nightly entertainment could have been better. Perhaps, some entertainers would have made it nice, rather than an all night kareoke.

There is a lot of walking up hills. Not a problem for persons in shape however it would really not be fun for some. The bars, pools and food are fun. Gym is better than other resorts i have visited too

Location is great. Easy off the Gros Islet highway. Unlike many resorts where the roads are steep and narrow. 6 restaurants with many food options. Has own beach which we swam in every day. Spa services are reasonable . Concierge to book excursions was helpful with a variety of activities and price ranges. Try the Bean to Bar chocolate tour with a wonderful catamaran to Soufriere including mud baths and snorkeling between the Pitons. Gorgeous sunsets!! Beware the Mt Pimard "hike" which is really a climb using ropes with knots though gorgeous 360 views from Martinique to Castries and Cap Maison!

Nice resort, great food, does have alot of hill walking not complaining as we like the exercise but just letting people know. Did have our ipad removed from our room and it never showed up, so that is the only downside to our trip.

Excellent ocean view room, Excellent staff. Food was ok. Rooms need upgrading - outlets & hair dryer. Water sports were excellent, especially Joy Cruises. If you are allergic to cats, I would be careful, because they roam freely at the resort. Needs more entertainment during the day & evening. Wifi is not offered throughout the resort, it is designated to a particular areas. Overall a nice & relaxing experience.

Nice resort, beautiful pools, right on the beach. Good size rooms. Be prepared for some walking as the resort is built into the hills. Very helpful staff.

Great hotel. Wide variety of Delicious food. Friendly staff. Breathtaking ambience.

Also the shower drain drauined slowly so whenever you took a shower after a few minutes the water would be up to your ankles.
