Check in experience was terrible. We were given bracelet with keys and were just let go to look for our building and rooms at night, no light. Luggage was lost for some time. Then they called to complain that we should have went back to bellboy to tell him our room number…. What?!?! Then we booked a spa appointment to find out it was in a temporary office rooms. No one told us we won’t have any spa amenities, and will have a massage in a bright light area. They charged full price. Food was Terrible!!! I had bread with butter the entire stay. Drinks were bad, no real alcoholic beverages, everything is dope. Towels are all ripped off as well as the lounges. Elevator didn’t work in our building. Service was worse than any place I ever stayed. The trip to the resort took over two hours of the worst possible trip you can imagine… then you arrive and have such a bad experience. It’s not close to luxury as they publish.

The property is beautiful! I had a swim out room which came with two butlers , Keitha & Marlon, they were so attentive and nice. They handled the hassle of booking reservations and appointments and were only a whatsapp text away if I had any questions. The resort staff were lovely and made sure everyone was taken care of and kept the party going. Already planning another trip soon.
My husband and I had planned to take our honeymoon here during 2020 but had to cancel due to COVID. The resort was so accommodating and gave us a full refund. Almost 2 years later, we finally went and the trip was amazing. Our butlers made sure that we were as lazy as possible with bringing us food and drinks directly to our beach chairs. They also made it so personal by still giving us the honeymoon treatment and asking housekeeping to leave hearts on our beds. Everyone was so helpful and we kept saying that we truly were in paradise. Highly, Highly recommend!
We had a great trip! The restaurants were a bit understaffed but everywhere is right now. Overall, a pleasant time, great food & activities, beautiful property.

The property is new and clean. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a walk in shower with 3 shower heads and a separate jacuzzi tub! The staff and people are friendly and with great vibes!! Many food options and bars to get drinks. My only complaint is that even though food was flavorful, they served very small portions! Had a great time on the property!!
The staff was exceptionally nice, friendly a d helpful except the photo shop. Concierge services and room cleaning were the best. Need to improve resort dining reservation experience, but overall it was great!
The staff we're amazing. Especially Abdullah, Miguel, Donna, Richard , Sam and Samuel - they went out of their way to make my birthday special. During this covid time great service and awesome staff are so important.
Beautiful bay cove on the beach with wonderful snorkeling. The food was very good. Room was great for the money spent.
This is not an all adult resort! it shares the ground with a family side; however, the staff allows kids coming from the family side to the adult side. If you book and pay for an all adult you don't expect to have kids in the swimming pool nor have kids screaming while you are dining, very misleading. Service was hit or miss, a very disappointing stay.
Bar staff was wonderful! Food was decent. Pools had allege. Beach unswimmable due to rough water.
Royalton St Lucia is a beautiful property. All of the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be our last day there, we noticed a ton of ants in the bedroom and living room of our suite.
I liked that there were plenty of options and plenty of helpful staff that made everything enjoyable
The property was nice but I have a random charge from them on my credit card statement and I never had a card on file at the hotel. The only time I gave them any card information was as a “way to id you” for the timeshare presentation which I didn’t attend and immediately told the I wasn’t attending. I’m still don’t know what the charge is as the hotel said they didn’t charge it.
The rooms, pool, property within itself was nice. The hot tub was barely warm. I was supposed to receive a room credit and every day I asked, know one delivered it and kept acting surprised upon my request and kept apologizing but still never received. The quality of the food was not great, and especially the steak houses was horribly, I could not cut or chew my steak. Some staff was Not knowledgeable of simple request of where abouts of pool towels. The water excursion crew were lovely. My room attendant never restocked the fridge of any of our rooms. Also if u want a good drink, this unlimited alcohol is not the place. Not interested in returning!
