The property and the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. The food could have been a little better for the prices being charged. In the room, it usually took too long to get hot water for the shower.

Overall stay was alright. The views were pretty from the top deck and having the beach below was nice to be able to walk to. The rooms looked pretty dated and our patio door didnt close properly. There was like an inch or 2 wide opening in the door that allowed all the bugs to come in at night. Room service didn’t come until 3pm or some days not at all and we’d have to request they come. They only have 1 person at the conceriage desk so if you needed anything from them there was always a wait. The food was okay, nothing special. I am a picky eater so menu options for me were minimal. It was much better to go to town and eat there. Pool had sand on the bottom and made me think it wasn’t cleaned regularly. Lastly, the road getting to the resort is horrible. All drivers went about 5MPH down the dirt road. It has speed bumps and horrible pot holes and took like 10 minutes just to get down the short road.

The accommodations were just as expected, no surprises. We were happy with everything at the resort.

Great pool, amazing staff, nice rooms, good food, breathtaking views, nightly entertainment, no kids !!

We we're so happy to have stayed at this resort for our honeymoon! The location was absolutely breathtaking and the staff were excellent! Everyone was incredibly personal and accommodating. The food was amazing and the people were wonderful (much better than Sandals according to a number of guests we spoke with who had tried both and now continue to choose Calabash). We'd be so happy to come back here in the future. Thanks Calabash staff for making our stay unforgettable!!!

We chose calabash cove resort for our honeymoon and stayed in one of their Oceanside cottages. It was exactly what we were looking for. It is a small and secluded resort with beautiful views of the ocean, friendly staff and excellent accommodations. We sprang for the all inclusive package which made it difficult to leave because the food, beverages and staff were excellent. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Staff is great. Pleasant small ambiance. Best pool. Poor nightly entretainment. Unpaved rocky one mile road leading to resort is a nightmare to navigate through.

If your looking for a romantic relaxing getaway this is definitely the place to go! There are only 25 rooms at this resort so not a lot of people. We stayed in 1 of 9 cottages. We had our own plunge pool that looked out into the ocean, which is where we spent the majority of our time. The beach was literally 50 steps from our cottage. If you choose the all inclusive package take advantage of room service! Breakfast every morning on our patio overlooking the ocean was amazing! The food is very good! No buffets!! All of it is made to order as they have a wonderful chef on staff. The staff gives this resort it's edge. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the trip of our dreams. They knew us by name when they saw us, and we got to know them as well. We loved, Mr. Fabulous, Mr. Fantastic, Elder, the Rock, and Casanova! We are definitely coming back here!!!

It was an overall excellent experience. Scenic views, friendly staff and the hotel food was amazing!

Loved the fact that it was off-season which meant we had a lot of space and the pool sometimes to ourselves! This could have resulted in the staff being a little less attentive at times though. They sure do like to take their long breaks from bartending at the swim up pool! We did have an unfortunate incident happen to us while we were staying there, but the hotel was kind and credited us our account at check out. Just be sure to use your safe and lock your rooms at all times, especially if you're in the cottage rooms. You should take advantage of the catamaran tour to Soufries and definitely climb the pitons! It's a tough two-hours up and back, but worth it in the end.

The staff at Calabash Cove was wonderful, the food amazing and the views to die for. We'd highly recommend this hotel. Only one thing, although the rooms are beautiful mgmt has to make sure minor things are maintained or else it will lose its 4 star appeal really quickly as the hotel is not even 3 or 4 years old.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were left speechless. The view when you arrive in the taxi and walk down to the lobby is amazing. We stayed in a junior suite sunset view, and we loved it. The room was very spacious, very clean, had a jacuzzi tub and a balcony looking out to the pool and ocean. Our expectations were as high as could be before we got there, due to all the positive reviews that we read, and our expectations weren't only met, they were exceeded. The staff was very friendly, the whole property was clean, and the food was very good. The breakfast was made fresh to order and everything we tried was great. You have the option to eat at the restaurant or to order room service, but with the amazing views from the Windsong restaurant, we were happier eating breakfast there than on our balcony. For dinner we ate 2 of our 4 nights at the Windsong restaurant, and were very happy. The menu had a very good selection and the food was excellent. Every night they had live music that was very soothing. We did not really eat at the poolside bar, so we can't comment on that. We booked an excursion through the hotel, and the van never came to our hotel to pick us up. We approached the concierge and with a few calls found out the van didn't have us on their route. They then ordered us a taxi to take us to our excursion, at no cost to us. All in all it was an amazing trip, and one we will never forget. We highly recommend staying at Calabash Cove.

Our experience was wonderful! The service was great, the rooms were wonderful, and the location was excellent. This is the perfect place for couples trying to get away from it all.

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. The intimate atmosphere (only 23 rooms)was very much to our liking. We did have some problems with the A/C in our first room but we were moved to another location very quickly. The Spa was excellent and the infinity pool, perfect. Calabash Cove is ideal if you are looking for a laid back vacation in a gorgeous setting, with gourmet meals and a super accomodating staff. This was one of the lovliest places we've ever stayed.

The hotel is idyllic for honeymooners. The hotel is in a remote location, the rooms are charming and overlook the Caribbean Sea. For a single person who needs some solitude and relaxation, it's perfect! The hotel is a far drive from the main airport so people need to plan time accordingly. Staff are friendly and service oriented, very willing to accommodate whatever needs arise. Take advantage of the excursions that the hotel offers as you will get a great view of St. Lucia and may have a few adventures along the way.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are delighted to know that you were pleased with the service you received from the hotel staff and the beach. On the other hand, we are saddened to hear that we fell short of your expectation due to the condition of the room service, room including the patio door and the concierge service.
