Nice hotel and reasonably priced. No breakfast and the pool was closed though.

Stayed here on recommendation. Certainly did not disappoint. Good Choice.

Very nice place. However, no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Over two dollars for a Starbucks. Also kind of a strange room lay out. The TV was at a odd angle to the bed.

We were attending a conference and couldnt stay in the hotel on campus so we chose to stay at the Marriott. Overall I would say it was a great stay. The hotel was quiet from traffic and the guests were quiet too. Everything was new and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!

This is a terrific hotel, not too far from Amhearst and U-Mass. The staff are friendly and the lobby and facilities are in good shape too. The mattresses were new, but a little too soft for me. That's the only reason that I gave the comfort level four stars instead of five.

Room was next to ice machine & was noisy. No other rooms were available

The staff was outstanding, couldn't have been nicer and helpful.

As a family, we always try to find a place to stay that unique to the area. A chain hotel doesn't really qualify, but it has restored my faith in them! Really clean and well designed. Also desperately needed a washer/dryer to catch up on family laundry , and they had that as well.

Got both the and staff was aces. We had a great stay. typical of the Marriott chain. Found a deal on the smart phone in the parking lot.. Rooms were great with a handy bar in the lobby. They even cleaned off the snow from the car? Who does that? Close to whatever you need in Hadley Amherst. Ma. Including Zoe's restaurant. down the street.

Overall very good. I had to ask for a cable to connect to the ethernet and then ask again for the password. Suggest staff be trained to offer both of these things to everyone. Also, hotel said there was a problem with my credit card that was an error on the part of Orbitz and they said it happens all the time. Also it was a bit noisy -- kids running upstairs but that ended at about 9 pm. Only mildly inconvenient however. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cost was high for me ($179++). I don't know what the regular rate is but I intend to look it up to ascertain how much of a discount I got with Orbitz.

Unnecessary midnight visit to my room from an unidentified staff person threatening me and my wife if we didn't curtail our normal conversation. Not excessively loud at all. Then, no remorse from the staff the next morning. Inexcusable!

They were very accommodating. Nice quality hotel for the money.

Yankee candle factory Butterfly tour was great!

Another pit stop on a week of college visits on the East Coast. Everyone was super friendly, room was big and comfy.

My wife and I have stayed at this place a number of times when we needed an overnight place near Amherst. It's a perfect upper 3-star hotel. Not a lot of frills, but comfortable beds, quiet, and great bathrooms.

very adequate for us, great rooms, unfortunate in that we were there for a family wedding(parents of the bride) and the hotel was not accomodating to book 1 night stays in advance. Could not get a room even for bride and groom and then saw people booking 1 night stays while we were there.
