The breakfast and the staff, especially the desk clerk, were very good. The location was convenient for our purposes. Otherwise, we were unimpressed. We are both very hearing impaired and there is no captioning on the tv. We could have come prepared with other activities had we known in advance. While the desk clerk was trying to figure it out (turns out that the tvs don't match the remotes and almost none of their tvs even have captioning), he called the room phone. Well, first of all, we cannot hear on a regular phone and even if we could have the receiver wasn't plugged into the phone! Apparently, ADA laws don't apply to these things. There was only 1 cup for coffee. The clocks, both the alarm clock and the microwave were not even close to showing the correct time. The dust ruffle on the mattress base was stained and the sheets, while appearing clean enough, were wrinkled which made me a bit uneasy. And don't get me started on the bathroom light which turns on automatically whether one wants it to or not. Nothing makes for a good night's rest more than going from sleeping peacefully to being blinded. I felt like I was relieving myself in Times Square. It wasn't awful but it wasn't a stellar experience, for sure.

Lobby is nice, but rooms have stains on floor and whoever painted didn’t do a good job. Paint all over molding. Fire alarms keep going off. Seems to be a problem here. Very loud and took staff awhile to tell the people upstairs to stop jumping and running.
