The chairs and sofa in the room were not very comfortable. The pillows are on the small side.
The linens were showing wear. Should of been replaced. Otherwise ok.

Very quiet, close to everything
This is a somewhat nice hotel. However, it should have “noisy loud” in its name. The AC is horrendously loud and so is the fan in the shower, and the shower head as well; flushing the toilet: the noise made by the suction is insanely loud, almost frightening. And, the noise level of the AC units is a whole other story. it’s so loud that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Which caused another problem, we couldn’t sleep because it was awe fully hot. We had never stayed in a hotel with so much environmental noise. If you want a sound restful sleep, stay elsewhere!

The staff was incredible! They went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. I will always stay here when I’m in town. The beds are so comfortable also
The receptionists are friendly, informative. Good breakfast Cleaned rooms There were not recycling bins in the rooms and in the hallway and the breakfast room either

Property look nice outside as well as in the lobby! When we got to the elevator it sounded as if it was tired and squeaked a bit(it’s an oldie ready for an upgrade). Hallways needed carpet replaced if not deep cleaned, you can see tracks from decades.. no biggie just a busy place. The room was clean, beds were comfy, floor was dirty, the couches needed to be washed some how, the bathroom was clean but the bathtub was disturbing for me. It was filthy as if no one has cleaned it for a long time.. I had to go to the store and buy spray to clean. You can hear ever noise in the hallway, next room, and outside. Ac didn’t work in the room but the ac unit by the window did and unfortunately it had a bit of a smell too. Besides that. Great breakfast, and amazing cookies in the Lobby in the evenings.! Great services and friendliness. Just need more deep cleaning!

Good location for what we were doing in Rapid City. Pool and hot tub were clean. It’s was a family hotel. The noise level after 10 went down considerable. Parking was great and food selection around was good. I am staying again on April 9th 2021.
The amenities is little dated but clean. The beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel was very convenient, easy access to HYW 16 going to Mt Rushmore and Custer state park. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.
