We booked an accessible room but the room had not been cleaned. The hotel gave us another room but it wasn’t accessible. We tried to be understanding and switched my son from the wheelchair to crutches but it was still very difficult for my son to navigate the non-accessible room.

Stay here!!

Beautiful hotel, more like a mini resort, in the desert! Property is beautiful, very well maintained. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub relaxing before going to bed. Rooms are very clean, super comfy beds and pillows. New carpet throughout. The staff was lovely. Breakfast was hot and had a variety to fit everyone’s preference. Definitely would stay here again! Maybe another night. We will see how exploring the Tombstone/Bisbee area goes today. (Smiling)

Room's AC was turned off when we got to it. It's currently 110 degrees outside. Even with the AC maxed out on the coldest setting the room didn't comfortable until midnight. The front desk staff was nice and gave us access to the Tesla charger as needed.

The staff was very helpful. We forgot our toothpaste and they made sure we had some along with toothbrushes and combs no charge. Pool was nice especially since it was over 100 degrees. Rooms were cool and comfortable. Everything was clean and updated.
