Nice location! Clean rooms. Would stay here again.

Nice room. First room we were given (222), not so good-A/C and TV didn't work. Second room (205) was good.

No customer service at all! Never a manager there to talk to. My worst experience with a hotel ever.Would never ever recommend this hotel!

Clean, comfortable, close enough to attractions but not so close you have to deal with crowds. The only negative was the lack of an elevator.

The first room we checked in was not made and had the sheets and cover pulled out on floor and trash can were not emptied. They put us in what they called a suite. The were few light bulbs that were missing in this room and the grout was missing from the bathroom tiles and there was no trash can in the room. The bed was ok but pillows were not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. Older accommodations and no elevator, however, everything was clean and I really liked having a small fridge in the room. The AC was completely off when we arrived and it took quite sometime to cool down but it turned out to be adequate. You have to drive to town but it's only 4-5 minutes.

This hotel is a fair walk to any activities in the town. No shuttle so if you want to have drinks stay in town. There is also no restaurant and no lounge in it. The continental breakfast is not so good...bed was hard. Just nothing special about it at all. Tombstone is a lot of fun though!

Hotel was great, people were friendly and very helpful inside and out side the hotel. A lot to see and do in Tombstone AZ plan to go back in the next two to three years.

Me and my newly wed husband decided on a get away night. Dropped the baby off with grandpa. Got a room in tombstone it's our favorite place to visit. Went to a couple saloons and went back to the hotel

Nice quiet and beautiful location with mountains in the back to view as we had our breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely go here again and recommend to our other family members.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was very clean, with very helpful staff, in a beautiful location on the edge of wide open range land. One night we heard coyotes sing in the night! They offer a breakfast, typical hotel offerings from a buffet, bland but hot and plentiful. This hotel is about 3 miles from the downtown area of Tombstone, to far to walk really. If you are an early to bed sort, request a room on the desert side of the room, or at least away from the pool/hot tub area. The pool area is open until 10pm each night, and people forget how easily voices carry, so it can be a mite loud. Also there is no nightlight in the bathroom, and the switch turns on the very bright overhead lamp and the fan. So, in the middle of the night, tis a mite over whelming. Bring a wee nightlight to plug into the bathroom which will keep your retinas intact, which is always a nice thing really.

accommodations are the best in town, great breakfast!!!

The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. The fridge in the room was the coldest I have ever seen, it actually kept the items cold. I would stay here again.

The staff could be more friendly and accomidating. High recommend this hotel if ypu are looking to stay in Tombstone

Difficult to get around the room with our luggage. Also, we had to unplug the fridge in the middle of the night due to excessive noise. This is an older Holiday Inn and now definitely NOT a grand hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a good place to stay with no regrets. Of course, as creatures of habit, we focus on things that could have been better. The breakfast buffet was good except they ran out of the fresh fruit bowl. A shame since I love fruit for breakfast. The other little issue was that the hotel was giving away bags of 'goodies' at checkout. Unfortunately we were not one of the ones deemed worthy of receiving such parting gifts. Although it probably was a little token and not a big deal, I still felt a little short-changed and hurt. Even at our 50+ years we like getting gifts! :-)

Clean quite and comfortable. good breakfast. Very nice.

Our heater in our room did not work and we froze all night. Also the bathtub dripped water all night and there was a good amount of water in the tub by morning. The hot tub was also broke, so we could not use. The internet access didn't work. I had no connection what so ever. When telling the front desk in the morning, they didn't really seem to care. The lady said she couldn't do anything about taking any off our bill because we payed through a travel site. When expressing about the hot tub she informed us that she knew nothing about it and if that was a big deal their competitor was just down the road and they were $10.00 cheaper and she believed they had one. Overall not impressed by my stay. We chose this one due to the looks because it looked like the better one and we were treated terribly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was seamless. Lobby, hallways and grounds very clean. Very surprised that it does not have an elevator for the second floor. If you have a lot of luggage you will have to cart up the stairwell. Considering it is not that old, I am surprised that State law did noit require an elevator due to a second floor. Still, it didn't impair me or my group. I would definitely stay there again.

our room was clean and comfortable. The room for breakfast could have been cleaner. One of the pictures glass had liquid splattered on it and food on the floor.
