Extremely bad property, could not stay, checked out in 30 mins

The people were very nice. The issues I had was the disgusting and overwhelming scent of marijuana and cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be non-smoking motel. There were only two working outlets. I had to unplug the fridge to dry my hair, the bathroom outlet did not work. Towels were not brought daily and needed to be requested, the vending machine was empty and there were obvious ashes from smoking on the floor in the room because it was not swept properly.

Long Line at check in room reeked of smoke People next door were soooo loud, no one at front desk to complain to, so we actually had to leave in middle of the night and drive 5 hours home!

The room I reserved wasn’t available when I checked in. The carpet throughout the hotel was so dirty. it looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in 2 years. My hotel door was open when I arrived, the room was filthy, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, the internet didn’t work, and the TV had no power plug and when I asked about it, I had to come all the way down to the front desk for a plug(which the front desk stole from another room). The hotel employee was super nice and polite. He was the only good thing about the experience. I’m just sorry he has to work at such a dirty, poorly run hotel.

No fridge, no working air conditioner, no fire detectors, bed bugs, an overflowing dumpster with debris everywhere, used cat litter lining the halls. Requested to change rooms due to a non functioning ac unit, was told not possible because the room was "used". Stood a total of 6 hours. When leaving, staff could not be bothered as to what was wrong with the stay. Actively looking at a refund because this place was so obnoxiously obscene.

The motel was so run-down it looked abandoned on first glance. In the lobby, the credit card reader was broken so they only took cash. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even though all rooms we passed were non-smoking. The toilet in the room was broken, and even after telling the front desk and having them “fix” it, it still did not flush properly for the two days of the stay. There was only one outlet in the room accessible to guests. We ran out of toilet paper for a two-night stay. The floor in the room was super sticky and looked as though it had never been washed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

They required a $60 cash only deposit on top of paying for the room

This hotel was awful. Rooms do not match the pictures shown. The location was in a questionable area safety wise. It reeked of pot. Even for a Motel 6 it was disgusting and unpleasant.

What pretty impressed creepy guy sleep in parked car but other than that it was ok

False advertising from both Orbitz and Motel 6. I booked for a room with a microwave and a refrigerator. The information also said it was a one floor establishment. None of this is true. Yes there is a tiny fridge, but no microwave in the room and there are two floors and no elevator I was orginally placed on the 2nd floor until I explained how hard it was for me to walk up and down stairs. The problem was I was placed all the way at the end of the hotel, on the first floor, yes, but so far away from the lobby where the only microwave was. Then I had to stand while my food cooked. The laundry is also in this room and I tried to use the washer but my quarter got stuck in the slot. Turned out it was all jammed, so no laundry for me. Yes they have one on the 2nd floor, too hard for me to go there. Upon arrival, the fridge was unplugged so I plugged it in and it ran for a while and stopped. I called to the front desk and was told maintenance would come soon. It's been 3 days and I 'm still waiting.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Good deal for the economical price.

What I'm very upset about was that I reserved this room in August and requested a smoking room only to have a non smoking one in November. Why was that? Very inconvenient for me.

The room was very clean. The hotel was conveniently located. The front desk staff was friendly.

The room was neat and clean. There wasn't a coffee maker or shampoo.

Good place to stay nice location clean room quiet too

Dirty, cob webs, vending machine broken, toilet broken, uncomfortable bed, no kleenex, no shampoo or conditioner, no blow dryer, dog barking, loud guests yelling and screaming and fighting.

Clean bed was clean like the table but most important thing for me a clean room and it was perfect location too

Long Line at check in room reeked of smoke People next door were soooo loud, no one at front desk to complain to, so we actually had to leave in middle of the night and drive 5 hours home!

No fridge, no working air conditioner, no fire detectors, bed bugs, an overflowing dumpster with debris everywhere, used cat litter lining the halls. This hotel was awful. Rooms do not match the pictures shown. The location was in a questionable area safety wise. It reeked of pot. Even for a Motel 6 it was disgusting and unpleasant.
