The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Elyse was great and helped us get hypoallergenic bedding into the room even when housekeeping wasn't super responsive. The main reason for the lower rating on the facility is because our a/c did not function well. That was a big negative! Other than that, we found that the staff are mostly doing the most to give a good guest experience in a facility that could use some work and upgrades.

A bit shocked by the $30/day “resort fee” - wish they would just charge for parking for those who drove, and let us decide if we want to buy water bottles, rather than charge $30/day for it. The resort fee was NOT included in the quoted price when I made the reservation.

We love the location and having the ability to walk to dinner. Rooms are a little small, especially the bathrooms.
Everyone was super nice on the resort. My friend and I learned everyone’s name, especially the bartenders. Everyone pitched in to suggest great food places and clubs to go to. We truly enjoyed our stay here!
Property had very good amenities nice fitness center two good size pools. However my only complaints would be 1. The pool water was too warm and not very refreshing considering the weather was over 100 degrees while I was staying there. 2. The pool needs to have a little more depth to it the pool was 3 feet deep at least one of the pools in the center was a little over 5 feet deep
