My family of four stayed here because it was between Boston and Salem. We were pleasantly surprised by the full breakfast they offered. Room was clean and it was quiet. We would definitely return.
Let me just say for starters that I do not regret my stay here. The staff is EXTREMELY professional, helpful, and kind. Any criticism I could possibly have is mitigated by the integrity of the staff. But let’s get to it. The property is located behind other buildings, and the entrance is not well-marked. There is a small sign at the road, but it’s set back about thirty feet and isn’t lit, so it’s hard to find. Parking is accommodated by a tiny parking lot and a separate parking garage. None of it is especially close to the entrance, and the loop for this property is too small to accommodate more than one vehicle unloading at a time. The lobby is bright and clean. There is a small seating area that is cozy and comfortable. Front desk staff is super friendly and informative. Check-in was very quick- much quicker than other Holiday Inn properties we’ve stayed at. When we arrived at our floor, an active police investigation was occurring. A suspect was screaming. There was blood everywhere. We locked ourselves into our room and by morning, everything was calm. We enjoyed the rest of our stay but wish we’d have been warned about what was happening. Room was old but clean. Dresser was scratched up but functional. Some stains on floors. Plenty of clean linen and towels and complimentary toiletries. We were pleased overall.
Holiday Inn. No. Surprises. Check in was fine the room was fine for our purposes. Met our needs very well. seemed expensive but it was a holiday weekend so no surprise. Again.

You get more than what you paid for, breakfast was not bad, overall we had a good experience. Will definitely use them again 🙂
My trip was cancelled on me back in April due to Covid and this was the only vendor who refused to provide me with a refund. Not recommended.
I like the fact that everyone is really friendly and pretty much kind of system so nobody really causes any trouble
