Clean and modern room. Staff are very helpful with my billing issues.
It’s not a convenient check-in process. You have to park your car, check-in at front desk, then go back to your car and drive around looking for the building that your room is located. Also, hotel lobby is EXTREMELY loud with the type of people that hang out watching football games at the bar. It’s not a classy environment to come to.
The Marriott has the largest outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi and we really enjoyed it. It was also close to the Great America Park
Very friendly and efficient check in and check out. Nice room. Fast elevator. Lots of extra charges: Wi-fi, parking, no fee breakfast, etc.
Old and expensive rooms. Noisy hallways and street noise
Nice hotel. Close to Levi Stadium. There was some construction going on in the lobby when we arrived. Unfortunately the fire alarm woke us up at 1am to evacuate the building. Luckily it was safe to return to our room. Despite it all we would recommend it to our family and friends.
Great location, staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean
We were in town for the NCAA Western Regionals and enjoyed the excitement of finding one of the teams booked at the hotel, with their fans. Breakfast buffet was very good. Valet parking took care of our car. No problems!
Nice hotel with a great sports bar, nice restraunt and friendly staff.
overall this hotel was wonderful. Very well manicured & clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodated us to their best. The pool and fitness room were top notch. The food and drink costs were outrageous but there were other places well within walking distance.
The room was clean and updated, however, it was cramped. I had a king bed. The room was very narrow and felt small for two people. The bathroom wasn't any better. The bathroom ceiling was lower than the rest of the room. The shower head was also lower than average. $10 extra for parking, which isn't too bad, but should have been included for the price I paid! Nice balcony, but no chairs to sit and enjoy it. Overall the stay was good, just a little pricey since it didn't live up to my expectations of a Marriott.
I really liked this hotel and I am sure that I will be there soon. The services were very high-quality value, nice staff, clean, and comfort. I didn't like Starbucks, it was too poor.
I stay at this hotel regularly. Marriotts in Bay Area are often quite full and so this drives prices to somewhat ridiculous levels. The hotel is fine - better than your average Marriott. Self-parking is convenient. Dislike having 2 towers and having to go to another tower for Concierge benefits. If it were cheaper, I'd stay more often. Restaurant options aren't great so you should know your way around and use Yelp.
close, clean and comfortable. A+. Hertz onsite is great for business travel
Just in town for 3 days on a business trip. The staff was excellent!
Staying at Marriott Hotel for a night. Overall accommodation is excellent. Love the surroundings.
