There was an ant infestation in my room. They were in the bed and the wall and floor and once we ordered food for the room there were billions all over it. I'd never seen such a thing in my life. And for $359 a night I was disgusted.

Excellent staff, great amenities

Very clean from the rooms to pool area.

Well maintained and the staff was pleasant to interact with overall a positive experience and I would stay here again.

This hotel is nicely updated considering it was built awhile back. It has a sleek, yet welcoming, feel to it. We stayed here at the end of June, 2021, so Covid-practices are/were still in place, but amenities, such as the pool, were available with a reduced amount of guests. ...there were some odd hiccups, but we attributed that to the staff getting back to higher capacity. ie: the in-hotel Starbucks was not "open" to step into, but the desk told my sister-in-law that she could order the coffee via room service. She walked back to our room and called it in. She was told it would be 5 minutes. Great. ...five minutes later, the front desk called to say that she could come get the coffees. Our assumption was that room service would bring it, but that wasn't the case, nor was it made clear when they told her she could order via room service. She would have stayed nearby instead of walking twice (once to discover HOW to order the coffee, and then second time to GET the coffee). This is a very minor thing; the point being that the staff doesn't seem (yet) to be thinking these things through, and we're sure they have a lot of odd changes and things since Covid has been going on. Overall; great stay. Very clean and comfortable room, and would recommend. Know that it IS isolated in a business park area, and although there are a few stores and chain fast-food places not TOO far; you'll likely be driving to get to them.

Friendly

Clean and modern room. Staff are very helpful with my billing issues.

It’s not a convenient check-in process. You have to park your car, check-in at front desk, then go back to your car and drive around looking for the building that your room is located. Also, hotel lobby is EXTREMELY loud with the type of people that hang out watching football games at the bar. It’s not a classy environment to come to.

The Marriott has the largest outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi and we really enjoyed it. It was also close to the Great America Park

Very friendly and efficient check in and check out. Nice room. Fast elevator. Lots of extra charges: Wi-fi, parking, no fee breakfast, etc.

Old and expensive rooms. Noisy hallways and street noise

Nice hotel. Close to Levi Stadium. There was some construction going on in the lobby when we arrived. Unfortunately the fire alarm woke us up at 1am to evacuate the building. Luckily it was safe to return to our room. Despite it all we would recommend it to our family and friends.

Great location, staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean
