The hotel was excellent. Staff was way cool when I interacted with them. But Oct 11th when I was there at about 1am the fire alarm went off. Got down stairs waited for over an hour then they let us back in. Everyone was trying to get back to the rooms so imagine everyone trying to take 3 elevators. That took another 30 minutes. We were trying to look for the stairs but couldn't find any stairs to walk back up. I wanted to talk to the front desk but everyone was trying to talk to the front desk. So other than that. Rooms were clean. Loved they gave 2 bottles of water. You can walk to Great America or Levi from there. Parking wasn't an issue. Door Dash is ready to drop off food at that location. Breakfast Buffet was cool. Just make sure you don't get the pancakes at the bottom as they were burnt. Just order the omelet and waffles. Didn't get any notification later the next day explaining what happen with the fire alarm. Letter under the door saying anything. Just anything would have been nice.

Let me start by saying I was very happy with my Hilton stay. I wouldn't categorize this as a complaint but maybe one improvement if feasible in the future. At the tailgate area, would you consider another food truck/option? Only because the line was so long I just opted to eat at the stadium rather than wait on the line for food and have to go to another line for beverage. This is not a deal breaker for me and look forward to seeing you guys next year.

This was surprising considering they are in the parking lot of Great America theme park. There is no continental breakfast but there is a $25 breakfast buffet, which would be a waste for my child on the spectrum.

The location was great and the down stairs area (bar, lounge area, etc.) were nice. Parking was a bit chaotic as we had to park in the red zone two of the three nights. We were also put in a handicapped room which was ok but not my preference. The room itself (741) vibrated a lot making it very hard to sleep.

The hotel staff was please. Room was clean and comfortable. The only dislike was the shower. Wasn’t as clean as it should have been. But overall stay was nice.

We were happy with the reservation and stay.. It was our anniversary. The only problem we had was our complementary Breakfast was not service. When I book our reservation it was included and the front desk confirmed when I showed up at the Hotel.. I was told the following morning it wasn't included and I has to pay $ 25.00 per person if I wanted to have Breakfast. So we decided to check out at that moment.

Spacious hotel room. Nice and clean. Would stay again and recommend for others. Especially if you are going to an event at Levis Stadium.
