When I booked a with trivago, it did not tell me that there was no breakfast.There was no lobby. The mediocre breakfast sandwiches were too expensive. We heard knocking and noises all night. We asked housekeeping to clean our room when we left for San Francisco and when we came back to the hotel for the evening our beds were not made. Trash was not emptied. I had to do it myself.

The room was okay, when we stayed there was construction outside but also on our floor right next to our room. So lots of noise.
