I had originally posted a negative review, we got a room for wheel chair people and it just lacked the charm of the rooms we had always stayed in here. While in the lobby we talked to Daniella and she asked if we were enjoying our stay and we said yes but we were unhappy with our room. She wasted no time in correcting the problem and moved us right then to a beautiful room. We were so impressed and we love the new room. These guys are the best!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express! Very impressed with the quality and service!!

Breakfast was okay. The area was convenient for my trip. Bed was comfortable but had some ware /hole in my fitted sheet and comforter for sofa bed. The guest on the 3rd floor above me was heavy footed so we could hear him when he was walking around.

Clean room when we came in but did not know the room wasn’t cleaned after we came back to room the next day, unless you request it. The shower door did not open on one side unless you pull very hard which was not good. Staff is great and everyone friendly.

We stayed here for 2 days while my husband had a procedure done at the local Kaiser. The location worked out great, and the room was spacious and comfortable the layout worked out super well and it looked newly re -done. The tile and carpet were pretty and clean, and the staff was very helpful. Just stay away from any breakfast eggs! The rest was good.

Please see my picture. I checked out at 530am this morning and found this creature in the lobby. I know that they lady working the front desk saw it and may have thrown it outside. When i walked outside the lobby i took these pictures because i didnt think anyone would believe me. I wont be back. Ive not asked for anything from the hotel and dont want anything. Guests be aware!
