Welcome to our homes! Twice is Nice is the latest, brand new addition, with access off the alley, parking for three vehicles, partial fencing for privacy. We are right in the heart of Paso Robles on the desirable “West Side”. New construction with all the modern & convenient amenities, including hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, in-floor heating in the two bathrooms. The open floor plan is illuminated by multiple clerestory windows creating an open, light and bright atmosphere throughout the home. Paso Robles has so much to offer and we’re just blocks away from a wide variety of restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park Cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful, leisurely, short drive away. Just half an hour away by car you’ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio, as well as the beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur. Keyed entry. Great place in Paso Robles

This place is great! The 2 bedrooms are both "master" rooms making it perfect for 2 couples to share. The furnishings and kitchenware were all top notch. Very new renovations. Light, bright and airy feel. It is convenient to downtown Paso. Also has off-the-street parking. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed on our arrival. Thanks for that! We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Mid State Weekend

This property was just what we needed for a fun weekend getaway. Walking distance to downtown and the fair. House was clean, well-stocked, including coffee & creamer. Beautiful sitting area/patio. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Steve was helpful and available when we couldn’t connect to you tube. Thank you!

Beautiful home!

Came down for the weekend to check out Paso. Really enjoyed our stay at Twice as Nice! Very happy with the clean, updated and centrally located house. Great parking and very nice quite neighborhood! Will stay again if ever in the area.

A great stay in a great location!

We loved staying at this property! It was super clean, upgraded and well-kept. The location was fantastic and we loved walking to downtown so easily. Steve is a great host, made everything so easy and is SO nice. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no blackout shades in the bedrooms and the upper windows don’t have shades or blinds at all. We traveled with a baby so did bring our own travel blackout shades based on the other reviews but light definitely still got in. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Perfect wine country getaway

Tucked away a few blocks off main street, this property offers a tranquil environment to enjoy your time in Paso Robles while being walking distance to the town square and all the fun that Paso has to offer! We were very impressed at how well maintained this property was. Steve (the host) has thought out almost every detail one can imagine for a great experience for guests. He was very communicative with us throughout the process to make check in extremely easy. The home has "mini split" air conditioning and heating which is extremely efficient and quiet. The nice part about it is that each guest can set the temperature in their room to their comfort rather than one central temperature for the entire house. The floor plan is open and well laid out, there are bathrooms in between the two bedrooms and the doors between the rooms are solid core doors which reduces the noise between rooms even more. There is plenty of closet space in each room to store your luggage and clothing and the bathrooms are large. The beds are very comfortable and we all got some good rest while staying here as it is also very quiet at night in the neighborhood. The appliances are all top notch and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of spices, paper towels, soap, etc. needed if you wish to cook meals here, it's the perfect spot! And of course we're in wine country and there were plenty of full size (adult) wine glasses in the cupboards for our use while staying there as well as a wine opener. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the closet off the kitchen which is very convenient if you have some laundry you need to be done and plenty of laundry soap. The internet worked great, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio as well. It's not a large outdoor space, but it's got plenty of room to have a BBQ (there is a gas grill that is directly connected to the gas line so you never have to deal with propane running out) or just sit outside and relax with a glass of wine. The only area I would recommend for improvement is the fridge did not have a filtered water dispenser on it, so I would recommend the host put a filtered water pitcher in the fridge or install a dispenser in the kitchen sink. Overall, this is definitely one of the top spots in Paso for smaller groups (ideally 2 couples) to enjoy their time in the beautiful Paso wine country! We hope to come back again soon!

Great Location

We loved the location of this property. In a cute neighborhood within walking distance to the town square and very quiet. The home was light & bright which I love. A nice outdoor patio which made for relaxing mornings and evenings. Overall a very comfortable "home" away from home.

Great family getaway

Such a nice vacation rental! The beds are super comfortable, nice furniture, has all the kitchen supplies you could need, very clean, great location for walking to downtown, and it’s cute to boot! We stayed with our 6 month old and it was quiet enough for him to sleep and nap well! Steve was a great communicator and very helpful! Would love to stay again!!

Super clean, has everything and walking distance to town! Awesome!

This was the perfect place for us (2 couples). After going out to various wineries during the day, having a nice, clean, quiet place to come back to, was perfect. It was so nice to be able to walk into town for coffee in the morning and drinks and dinner at night. Awesome location for sure! The only con which wasn’t a huge deal, was even though we gave our ETA 8 hours out from our arrival, it wasn’t clean how we were going to be let into the house upon our arrival. The pdf the rental company sent us, had little to no information on it about checking in and once we arrived after being on the road for 8 hours and everyone needed to use the restroom, we found ourselves making phone calls and sending text trying to figure out how to get into the house. Oh yeah, one other thing that was a little bit of a pain was the fans in both bedrooms are using the same frequency even though there are two remotes. It became obvious to us, that the fans were installed but they were never set up with different dip switches so they would operate separately from each other. All in all, it was a great stay and we definitely recommend this place for all the great reasons I mentioned above. Have fun and enjoy Paso Robles and the wine 🍷 of course 😉 J&J
