Stayed in room 141 and air conditioning was nit working and could not change rooms. Next day went to room 227 and air conditioning worked for another day and broke. Ice machine on floor 2 was broken. Will never stay again. $205 dollars a night and isn’t worth $50. Typical corporate America. High prices shoddy work.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The central location to Arroyo and Pismo was fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spartan but clean. The bed was not comfortable so unfortunately that dings our stay big-time.

This is our first choice when staying in the Pismo area. We were in room 211, our first time staying in this room. We think this room may be right below the cafeteria. We could hear a lot of noise early in the morning, waking us up. Chairs or something being dragged across the floor. Foot steps. Would not want to stay in this room again.
