The floor we were put on initially had an awful smell in the hallway and room. We asked to switch to anther floor and were told "yea we have had a mold problem on that floor". Shocked they would have tried to occupy the room if they had a mold problem. The floor we moved to did not smell as much.
the guy who work in the frint front desk the day we stayed there was very helpful and polite.
1. They gave us a room with no refrigerator, had to have a stressful argument with the staff to change it. 2. Pool pump was not working, water was murky and lots of dead bugs floating in the pool, unusable 3. Dryer was not working, we were left with a load of wet clothes looking for an open laundromat at 9pm 4. When we called front desk never answered our call always put us on hold automatically. 5. Carpet in the halls was dirty and smelly 6. We Requested housekeeping but it was never done 7. All breakfast items had ham, no eggs or other hot items without meat
Hotel is squeezed in a constrained site; tricky to find the entrance with no sign near the street. Much of the hotel is below the level of the entrance and parking lot, so the view from the window is of a retaining wall.
nice area and close to everything.... Staff is awesome and the little bag of goodies is a nice touch.
Very good facility though it was a large room I had expected a suite. Oh well, better planning next time?
Good location, near shopping and food. Room wasn’t really clean, hair in shower, webs with bugs on walls. Lots of noise from upstairs people and right next to extremely loud freeway.
Everything was fine but we did find a concerning object in our room that was found by my kids simply when looking for their shoes. It was slightly under the bed skirt but housekeeping does need to be more than thorough when cleaning rooms. I did call the front desk to inform them and they immediately came to our room with housekeeping to remove the object and offered to change our room. We stayed in the room simply because everything else looked clean. The immediate attention was something we very much appreciated

Due to Covid many of the amenities were not available and some issues with the functionality of the room; LED light in the bathroom would go out intermittently while leaving you in the dark while showering & thermostat on wall didn't function. Staff was great with welcoming hospitality and very accomodating. Good location and close to the beach.
Cleanliness and staff are awesome. A/C unit needs upgrade. Our room was on 77 degrees on our first night. We called front desk to get it fix.
