I liked that the property was very clean and the room was in very good condition, no rust etc. I didn’t like that there not having a microwave. I will definitely stay here during my trips to the beach and ASSATEAGUE National Park. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Surround area was a plus lots of shopping and eateries.
Cost was very very high. I had no choice I needed a second room at the last minute and could not find the rate I had for the first room.
Very clean and the staff was very pleasant if I’m ever in the area again for a stay it’s a no brainer I definitely recommend this hotel

Air conditioner was not working when we arrived at the room went to the lobby sent someone to check then a maintenance personal finally got it going.had fire alarm go of throughout the hotel had to take the little children outside till fire department said it was safe to go in. new system that hotel is trying out for breakfast was very unsatisfactory. Hotel staff were awesome.
Had no issues and the staff was very helpful. A little far from the beach and not a bunch of bars or anything near by. Bed was very nice and comfy
Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff manager which was very friendly & made us feel very welcome to be staying there. It only took a few minutes & we were registered in with our room key in our hands, Our room was in excellent condition & very clean which as a traveler I am very fussy about that, but our room gave me nothing to be fussy about & we enjoyed our time there & will return again when are in the area. And our family member was really surprised & a great time all around this trip.
We attended a special event and they were very accommodating. Everything was great.

Great hotel, very clean, staff were very respectful and ready to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and had a good size! Nice bathrooms. The pool was great for the kids, and the jacuzzi a must for the parents! My family and I were very happy, and we extended 1 nigth.
The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions as I had never been to the area. My only suggestion is that if you pay for the breakfast in advance, get the voucher at checkin and avoid later hassle.

Our son attends SU and we visit Salisbury often. We stayed at many other hotels. We didn't stay at Courtyard because we thought that the cost would be too much. Boy were we wrong. While the price is slightly higher, the difference in our stay was amazing. The hotel was CLEAN and quiet and the room was large and extremely functional. The little extras ie. the easily accesible electric outlets for chargers, the couch, the black-out curtains and spot lighting that allows for use without disturbing others at night, make for a very enjoyable stay. Check-in and check-out was amazingly fast and the staff was courteous and efficient. What a difference!
